초록
대학에서는 교육 및 연구와 관련된 다양하고 전문화된 업무행위로 인하여 대학기록물은 기록학적으로 매우 높은 가치를 가지고 있으며 이에 대한 많은 연구들이 수행되어졌다. 본 연구는 대학 기록물의 특성이 일률적일 수 없다는 문제의식과 다양한 대학 기록물의 가치에 대한 인식 확대의 중요성에서 출발하였다. 이와 같은 연구배경을 기반으로 대학의 기부와 관련한 기록물의 중요성과 기록학적 가치에 대해 고찰하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 대학에서 기부와 관련하여 생산 및 보유하고 있는 기록물의 유형 및 특징 등을 살펴보았다. 특히, 대학 기부기록물의 생산 및 관리 현황을 분석하여 대학 기부기록물의 체계적인 관리방안을 제안하였다.
Abstract
Various types of records and archives would be producted in universities as a result of specialized tasks on education and research by experts. But most of the studies were focused on general areas in a university. This study was performed with the motivation, wherein management and preservation of university archives producted through various activities in a university should be uniform and are in need of increased awareness of university archives. Based on the background, this study aims to examine the importance and value of university archives related to endowment for university development. To achieve the goals, this study investigated the features and types of university archives related to endowment. Because most of universities have a department that raises endowment, this study performed an analysis and examination of the current status of management on endowment archives. Through this research, this study proposed a model for management of university archives related to endowment.
초록
본 연구에서는 소규모대학교에서 대학도서관, 대학기록관, 대학박물관의 설치 및 운영을 할 수 있도록 라키비움을 제안하였다. 연구방법으로 라키비움에 대한 문헌조사, 우리나라 대학교의 현황 조사 및 분석하고 각 기관 담당자와의 면담을 수행했다. 이러한 연구결과를 기반으로 도서관, 기록관 및 박물관을 하나의 기관으로 통합할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 이를 통하여 통합기관으로써 라키비움은 소규모대학교에 있어서 효과적인 역할을 수행할 수 있다. 이를 통해, 본 연구에서는 소규모대학교에서 모든 정보의 관리, 보존 및 서비스가 이루어질 수 있도록 공간 구성을 제안하였다.
Abstract
This study proposes a method to install and operate a larchiveum for the integrated organization of a library, an archive, and a museum in a small university. To achieve these goals, this study reviewed related literatures and analyzed the circumstances and cases of various universities by conducting interviews with several institutional staffs. With the results, this study proposes a method to integrate a library, an archive, and a museum for an efficient larchiveum. This study also proposes an effective space design to provide management, conservation, and services in a small university.
