초록
기록물 보존챔버란 소량의 중요기록물을 안정성 높은 보존환경에서 영구보존하는 데 적합한 장비이다. 이 장비는 소량의 기록물을 영구보존하기 위한 공공기관이나 민간단체에서 기록물을 경제적이면서 안전하게 장기보존하기에 적합한 장비이다. 본 연구는 지방기록관의 기록물 보존현황 조사를 통해 보존챔버의 필요성을 분석한 후 보존챔버의 핵심부분을 설계함으로 기록물을 안정적이면서 경제적으로 보존할 수 있는 방안을 모색하였다. 기록물 보존챔버는 크게 기록물을 보존하는 보존공간, 보존환경 유지를 위한 공기정화장치부, 보존환경을 모니터링하기 위한 환경측정장치부로 구성된다. 기록물 보존공간은 외부 공기의 출입을 막고 내부공기가 순환함으로 항온항습 유지 및 유해가스 제거가 가능하도록 하였다. 이렇게 설계된 보존챔버는 소량의 기록물을 서고에서 보존할 때보다 더 경제적으로 보존할 수 있는 것으로 산출되었다.
Abstract
The archives preservation chamber is an equipment that is able to store important archives with air-cleaning and isothermal-isohumidity control functions to permanently store archives in a highly safe environment. The chamber can only store small amounts of archives but it is crucial for organizations preserving archives to economically store a variety of archives, be it a medium or a small amount of documents. An arm of this study researches the current preservation status of the local record center to determine the need for such a chamber. In addition, in order to improve the air-cleaning and isothermal-isohumidity functions, the researchers of this study have conducted analyses to design the core parts. The preservation chamber that had been designed includes an archives preservation area, air-cleaning equipment, and environment measurement equipment. A preservation chamber is used to preserve small amounts of important archives safely. Thus, when a local record center is preserving various types of archives in small or medium quantities in a stack room, the preservation chamber can be used to aid their long-term preservation.

본 연구에서는 국제적으로 통용되는 기록관 및 도서관 전거체계의 상호운용성을 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 기록물 전거체계인 ISAAR(CPF)와 EAC-CPF, 도서관 전거체계인 FRAD 등을 살펴보고, 유사점 및 차이점을 분석하였다. 마지막으로는 분석 결과를 바탕으로 기록관과 도서관 전거제어 체계간의 상호운용성을 확인하였다. 기록관 및 도서관은 각각의 영역에서 전거레코드의 발전방향을 제시하였으나, 개체 간의 관계를 확장하고, 국제적인 차원에서의 레코드를 공유하며, 다른 기관과의 정보교환을 주도적으로 실행한다 등의 주요한 기능들은 공유하였다.
Abstract
This study suggested the interoperability of authority scheme between archives and libraries having an international authority schemes. First, this study examined the standard of archival authority ISAAR (CPF) and EAC-CPF and the library authority model FRAD, analyzed the similarities and differences between them. Finally, this study ascertained the interoperability between authority control schemes. In each area, Archives and libraries have announced the proposal to develop authority control, but the directions of two institutes was identical by and large. The direction of development of authority scheme included extending the relationship between entities, sharing the records at the international level, and actively conducting the exchange of information within other organizations.

대통령제 국가에서 대통령은 매우 중요한 정치적 비중을 가지고 있지만, 대통령기록물에 관한 연구는 활성화되어 있지 못한 실정이다. 본 연구는 대통령기록물 온라인 콘텐츠를 초등교육에 활용하는 방안에 대해 살펴보고자 하였다. 초등학교 사회과를 중심으로 제시되는 대통령관련 기록물들은 인지발달이 가속화되는 시기인 초등학교 학령기(學齡期)에 대통령과 그를 둘러싼 정치적 사건, 나아가 한국 현대사를 기록이라는 프리즘을 통해 이해하는 단서를 제공해 주는 교육적 가치를 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 대통령기록관이 대통령기록물 온라인 콘텐츠를 구축하여 교사 및 학생들을 대상으로 제공함으로써 교육적인 활용방안을 높일 수 있는 방안을 탐색하는데 초점을 두었다.
Abstract
The president of the country has a very significant political role, but the study of the history about the presidency has not really been emphasized. This study is to examine how to apply the online contents about presidential history to elementary education. The documentaries presented in elementary social studies have a great effect on elementary students because their cognitive development is accelerated by understanding modern Korean history along with the presidential history and political issues through historical records. Therefore, this study focuses on investigating the method of application of the presidential history by having the presidential historian build online contents and provide this information to teachers and students.

정보화 사회의 도래로 아카이브 기관은 대국민 서비스의 일환으로 디지털 기술을 도입하여 보존과 전시에 활용하기에 이르렀다. 본 연구의 목적은 급변하는 기술의 발전으로 인하여 아카이브 전시에 다양한 디지털 기술을 사용하는 것에 대한 필요성을 고찰하는 것이다. 이를 위해 아카이브와 디지털 전시의 개념과 유형을 살펴보고, 아카이브에 디지털 전시방법을 사용할 때 그 활용도를 조사하였다. 또한 구체적인 기록물관리기관의 디지털 전시사례를 조사하였다. 아카이브자료를 웹페이지를 통하여 전시했을 때 가장 큰 장점은 기록물이 가지는 본연의 정보 제공의 기능과 더불어 하이퍼링크 기술을 통한 정보의 무한 확장성을 들 수 있다. 디지털전시의 방법으로 가상현실은 평면적인 아카이브에 입체감과 현실감을 넣어 이용자의 흥미와 관심을 불러일으킨다. 또한 스토리텔링은 온라인상에 이용자와의 커뮤니케이션의 장을 만들어 서로 상호작용을 하며 이 과정까지도 스토리에 반영되어 새로운 콘텐츠로 탄생된다. 이러한 일련의 기능들이 아카이브에 대한 관심과 흥미를 높여 이용자들의 정보의 공유, 참여를 가져오고, 더불어 디지털 전시를 통한 새로운 콘텐츠 자원은 문화 자원과 관광 자원으로 지역사회와 기관을 홍보하므로 아카이브 전시에 다양한 디지털 기술을 사용하는 것은 그 의의가 있다.
Abstract
Recently, the development of information technology (IT) continues to promote the digitalization of archives (valuable records) and has therefore, affected archiving centers. This digitalization is shown to these archiving centers by taking advantages of various digital exhibitions. This study aims to consider why it is necessary to use digital exhibitions in archiving centers. In order to examine the needs of digital exhibitions, this study focuses on some ideas and important roles in digital exhibitions and research cases of online exhibitions applied with digital technology. Consequently, this study derives some values from them. Digital exhibitions held online continuously provide the following; first, a great amount of information about the archives by using hyperlink; second, the ability to recreate the attractive contents of digitalized archives by utilizing virtual reality, which makes the users greatly interested; the third and final thing online digital exhibitions provide is the storytelling it provides, which also serves as an avenue for people to communicate with one another. These processes of communication are also reflected in the story. In addition, they can help publicize not only the archiving center, but also the local community as it promotes cultural and tourism resources.
