초록
이 연구는 대학기록의 효율적 관리와 편리한 이용을 위해 구축되어 있는 기록관리체계를 조사하여 분석하였다. 전남대학교의 기록물 현황, 단위업무, 기능과 조직에 대해 분석하였다. 그 결과 전남대학교 단위업무는 127개 처리과에 1,625개의 단위업무로 이루어진다. 교육과 관련된 단위업무가 85.91%를 차지하고 있다. 문제점으로는 단위업무 불균형적으로 편성되어 있다. 특정 분야에 단위업무가 너무 많거나 적은 것은 업무 분석 및 분류에 있어서 문제점을 내포하고 있다고 할 수 있다. 그리고 대학기능 분류가 불균형적으로 편성되어 있다. 대학에서 연구 분야에 대한 기능 분류는 적은 반면, 행정 분야에 대한 기능 분류가 세분화 되어 있다. 조직에 대한 기능과 업무가 적절하게 편성되어야 효율적인 기록물관리가 될 것이다.
Abstract
This study is analyzed by examining the records management systems that are built to use comfortably and manage the records of universities efficiently. This paper analyzed the current status of the records in Chonnam National University (CNU), unit task, function, and organization. As a result, CNU has 127 sections that treat 1,625 unit tasks. The unit task involved in education accounts for 85.91%. The problem is that unit tasks are not organized unequally. It can seem to include some problems in classification and analysis of work when unit tasks are even, more or less, in a particular area. Functional classification in universities are also unequally organized. In universities, functional classification in the field of administration is detailed, while functional classification in the field of research is small in quantity. A more efficient records management will be done if work and function about organization are formed appropriately.
초록
이 연구의 목적은 함평사건희생자유족회의 소장 기록물에 대한 분류체계를 마련하는 데에 있다. 이에 따라 기록물의 맥락을 기능적 출처주의를 통해 구현하며, 기록물을 효과적으로 활용할 수 있도록 유형별 특성과 생산시기별 특성을 반영한 분류표를 제시하였다. 기능분류체계 개발 방법론인 DIRKS를 사용하여 함평사건희생자유족회의 업무분석을 수행함으로써, 업무기능-업무활동-처리행위로 이어지는 업무분류표를 도출한다. 함평사건희생자유족회 소장 기록물을 유형과 생산시기별 특성을 고려하여 그 범주를 결정한다. 기록물 맵핑은 업무분류표에 해당하는 업무분류체계에 1차적으로 실행하고, 2차적으로는 업무분류에 유형분류와 시대분류를 접목한 다중분류체계에 맵핑한다. 업무주제-업무활동-처리행위-유형-시대의 형태로 이어지는 기록물 분류표를 도출한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to establish a classification system for the records of the Association for the Bereaved Families of the Hampyeong Massacre Victims. The content of the records is accordingly implemented through a functional source principle, and a classification table is presented in such a way that it reflects the characteristics by type and by production period so that the records can be used effectively. DIRKS, a methodology for the development of the functional classification system, is used to conduct a functional analysis of Hampyeong massacre victims’ families to derive a task classification table that leads to task function–work activity-handling actions. The category is determined by taking into consideration the type and nature of the time of the production of the records of the Hampyeong massacre victims’ families. The records are mapped according to the function classification system, which corresponds to the task classification table, and the multicategory system that drafts the type and period, which is used to classify the functions. The medical institution introduces a system for classifying records into task subjects, task activities, handling actions, types, and period.
