초록
본 연구의 목적은 IPA(Importance Performance Analysis) 기법을 활용하여 사립대학 기록물관리전문요원의 직무를 분석하여 직무의 중요도와 실제 업무 수행의 성취도 차이를 분석하는데 있다. 또한 전문적인 교육을 통해 기록물관리전문요원의 자격을 갖춘 집단과 그렇지 않은 집단의 차이를 분석하고자 하였다. 우선, 연구 목적 달성을 위해 법령과 지침 등을 통해 기록물관리전문요원이 수행해야 하는 업무를 도출한 후 실제 기록물관리전문요원의 검증을 거쳐 세부 업무를 확정하였다. 이를 기초로 사립대학 기록물관리업무 담당자에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였으며 수집된 데이터는 업무의 중요도와 실제 성취도를 알아보기 위해 IPA기법을 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 기록물관리전문요원과 전문요원이 아닌 경우 모두 기록관리 업무를 수행하고 있기 때문에 중요도에 대한 이해는 높은 편이었다. 그러나 실제 성취에 있어서 기관의 인식과 같은 환경적인 요인이 상당 부분 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the difference between job importance awareness and actual job achievement of archivists of private universities through importance–performance analysis (IPA), and to analyze the difference between certified and noncertified archivists about the above two factors. To achieve the purpose, the detailed job activities were drawn through a review of laws, regulations, and policies. The detailed list of job activities was confirmed by a few current archivists, Using the confirmed list of detailed job activities, a survey was conducted for archivists of private universities. The collected data in the survey were analyzed using the IPA method. According to the study results, the two groups of archivists have a clear understanding of their jobs; however, environmental factors influence the actual achievement of the jobs.

본 연구의 목적은 『한국기록관리학회지』에 게재된 논문의 연구 주제를 분석하는 것이다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 해당 학회지의 창간호(2001년)부터 최근(2017년)까지 발표된 논문 390편을 대상으로 해당 논문의 저자가 부여한 한글 키워드 875개를 수집하였다. 수집된 키워드는 NetMiner V.4를 이용하여 이들 연구 주제의 양적측면, 영향력 측면, 그리고 확장성 측면을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 연구 주제의 양적인 측면에서는 ‘기록정보서비스’, ‘전자기록물’, ‘역사기록물’, ‘아키비스트’, ‘국가기록원’ 순으로 나타났고, 영향력 측면에서는 ‘기록정보서비스’, ‘전자기록물’, ‘평가’, ‘지역기록물’, ‘검색시스템'등의 순으로 나타났고, 확장성 측면에서는 ‘기록정보서비스’, ‘아키비스트’, ‘전자기록물’, ‘아카이브’, ‘메타데이터’등의 순으로 파악되었다.
Abstract
The main purpose of this study was to investigate the research topics of the Journal of Korean Society of Archives and Records Management, which is one of the main academic journals of archival research in Korea. To achieve this objective, a total of 875 author-assigned Korean keywords were collected from the 390 papers published from the first issue (i.e., 2001) to the current issue (i.e., 2017) in the target journal. The collected keywords were analyzed using NetMiner V.4 to discover their frequency, degree centrality, and betweenness centrality. Results showed that “Archival Information Services,” “Electronic Records,” “Historical Archives,” “Archivists,” and “National Archives of Korea” showed the most frequently conducted research topics; whereas “Archival Information Services,” “Electronic Records,” “Evaluation,” “Locality Archives,” and “Retrieval System” were the most influencing research topics. On the other hand, “Archival Information Services,” “Archivists,” “Electronic Records,” “Archive,” and “Metadata” showed the most widely intervening research topics in this research.

행정정보 데이터세트의 기록관리 필요성은 기록관리 연구자들 사이에서 넓은 공감대를 형성하고 있으며 지속적으로 연구되어 왔다. 그동안 정보 기술의 발전에 따라 행정정보시스템의 신규 구축 및 재개발이 증가하고 있음에도 불구하고 실제 공공기관에서 운영 중인 각종 행정정보시스템에서 생산된 데이터세트는 관리하지 못 하고 있는 실정이다. 그 원인은 현실 적용이 가능한 관리 방안의 부재에 있다고 하겠다. 본 연구는 구현 가능한 행정정보 데이터세트 관리 방안은 데이터세트 관리 환경의 실상에 기초하여야 한다는 판단 하에, 현재 운영 중인 행정정보시스템에서의 데이터세트 생산 및 관리 환경 사례를 조사함으로써 관리 방안 개발의 기초 자료와 유사 연구에서 활용할 수 있는 조사방법론을 제시하고자 한다.
Abstract
The need for the records management of administrative information dataset has led to a broad consensus among archivists and has been continuously studied. In the meantime, information technology has greatly advanced, and the development and redevelopment of information management systems have been increasing. Nevertheless, dataset management in information management system has not been practiced in public organizations. This is because it is supposed that no practical management plan exists. From the point of view that practical dataset management methods should be based on the reality of dataset creation and management environment, this study investigates various active datasets in working administrative information systems. The examples and the information drawn from the examination are expected to contribute to dataset management planning. Moreover, the research methods can be utilized in further studies.

학교 수업이 다양한 외부의 콘텐츠를 활용하는 환경으로 변화하면서 수업 자료로 사용할 수 있는 교육용 콘텐츠의 수요가 증가하고 있다. 기록관은 소장 기록을 활용하여 다양한 교육용 콘텐츠를 제공할 수 있는 주요 기관으로, 영국의 국립기록보존소(TNA)는 그간 수많은 교육용 콘텐츠를 제작하여 교사와 학생들에게 제공해왔다. 이 연구는 기록이 더 이상 보존에 그치는 것이 아니라 활용되기 위한 기록의 교육적 가치를 아키비스트들이 발견하고 다양한 형태의 콘텐츠로 이용자들에게 제공하는 데에 도움이 될 수 있기 바라며, 체계적인 교육용 콘텐츠를 제공하는 TNA의 다양한 콘텐츠의 내용과 형식, 생산 과정, 제공 방법 등을 집중적으로 분석하였다. 그리고 TNA의 교육용 콘텐츠 분석 결과와 우리나라 국가기록원과 비교하여 국가기록원 웹 사이트와 타 기록관에서 이를 반영하여 개선될 수 있는 내용을 제안하였다.
Abstract
As the teaching environment of schools has significantly shifted toward using various types of educational contents, the need for the use of educational contents as class resources has increased. Having an archive is an effective way of organizing information that can provide various educational contents. The National Archives (TNA) of the UK has been actively producing and providing educational contents for teachers and students for a long time. The purpose of this study is to analyze in depth the detailed examples and structure of the contents, the process of producing educational contents, and the methods of providing various contents of the TNA, which systematically provides diverse educational contents. It intended to help archivists discover the educational values of archives in providing users with various types of educational contents. Then, the study compared the analysis results with the National Archives of Korea and suggested for its improvement, as well as that of other archives in the country.
