초록
본 연구는 2001년부터 2013년까지 국내 기록정보서비스 연구에 관한 동향 분석을 수행한 결과이다. 총 73편의 기록정보서비스 논문을 대상으로 정량분석을 통해 기록정보서비스의 연구 동향을 다각도로 파악하였으며, 뒤이어 각 세부 주제별로 내용을 분석함으로써 이제까지의 기록정보서비스 연구 성과를 체계적으로 정리하고, 부족한 연구 주제들을 파악하고자 하였다. 나아가 이러한 분석 결과를 바탕으로 현장연구의 확대, 이론적 논의의 활성화, 그리고 법․제도․정책 연구의 다각화 등 세 가지 측면에서 살펴보았다.
Abstract
This study analyzed the trends of research on archival information services in Korea from 2001 to 2013. A total of 73 research articles were analyzed by quantitative and qualitative content analysis to summarize research output done so far and identify future research areas. Based on the analysis, it concludes that the research on archival information service requires increase of practice-based study, in-depth discussions of theoretical frameworks, and emergence of diverse perspectives of FOIA and relevant policies.

대학에서는 교육 및 연구와 관련된 다양하고 전문화된 업무행위로 인하여 대학기록물은 기록학적으로 매우 높은 가치를 가지고 있으며 이에 대한 많은 연구들이 수행되어졌다. 본 연구는 대학 기록물의 특성이 일률적일 수 없다는 문제의식과 다양한 대학 기록물의 가치에 대한 인식 확대의 중요성에서 출발하였다. 이와 같은 연구배경을 기반으로 대학의 기부와 관련한 기록물의 중요성과 기록학적 가치에 대해 고찰하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 대학에서 기부와 관련하여 생산 및 보유하고 있는 기록물의 유형 및 특징 등을 살펴보았다. 특히, 대학 기부기록물의 생산 및 관리 현황을 분석하여 대학 기부기록물의 체계적인 관리방안을 제안하였다.
Abstract
Various types of records and archives would be producted in universities as a result of specialized tasks on education and research by experts. But most of the studies were focused on general areas in a university. This study was performed with the motivation, wherein management and preservation of university archives producted through various activities in a university should be uniform and are in need of increased awareness of university archives. Based on the background, this study aims to examine the importance and value of university archives related to endowment for university development. To achieve the goals, this study investigated the features and types of university archives related to endowment. Because most of universities have a department that raises endowment, this study performed an analysis and examination of the current status of management on endowment archives. Through this research, this study proposed a model for management of university archives related to endowment.
초록
본 연구에서는 다중지능이론과 자원기반학습이론을 기반으로 대통령기록물을 활용하여, 아동․청소년의 다중지능 발달을 위한 대통령기록관 교육프로그램을 개발했다. 교육프로그램 개발을 위한 연구방법으로 국내외 대통령기록관의 교육프로그램에 대한 문헌조사․분석 및 담당자 면담을 시행하였다. 이를 통해 미국과 국내의 대통령기록관 교육프로그램을 다중지능영역측면에서 비교․분석을 통하여 다양한 다중지능영역을 만족시킬 수 있는 교육프로그램 구성을 제안하였다. 본 연구를 통한 기대효과는 크게 두 가지이다. 첫째는 학습자의 학업능력을 신장시킬 수 있으며 둘째로는 대통령기록물의 중요성을 인식하고 활용도를 증진시킬 수 있다.
Abstract
This study proposes an education program using presidential archives to develop the multiple intelligence of children and the youth based on the multiple intelligence theory and the resource-based learning theory. To accomplish this, we performed a literature review and interviews with an archivist working in the Presidential Archive in Korea. This study compared and analyzed the Presidential Archives’ education programs between the U.S. and Korea. This study can be useful and valuable in developing education programs in two areas, with the first area being the fact that the proposed program could help learners improve academic abilities by developing multiple intelligence and the second area being the fact that the program could increase the awareness of the importance of presidential archives. With the proposed program, the utilization of presidential archives can be facilitated.
