초록

본 연구의 목적은 문화유산 관련 기관에서 개별적으로 관리하고 있는 문화유산 정보자원을 보다 일반인에게 쉽게 접근하고 활용성을 높일 수 있는 문화유산 아카이브 통합 서비스 방안을 제시하는데 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 국내 문화유산을 관리, 보존하고 있는 문화재청 소속기관의 아카이브 현황을 분석하고 활용가치가 높은 문화유산 정보자원의 통합 서비스를 위해 다중개체 모형의 문화유산 메타데이터 모델을 제안하고 국내외 데이터 연계 모델 표준의 적용가능성을 검토하였다.

Abstract

This study aims to suggest the ways of integrated services for Cultural Heritage Archives that belong to the Cultural Heritage Administration. To this end, the study analyzed the archives of major affiliated organizations of the Cultural Heritage Administration that manage and preserve Korean cultural assets. A cultural asset metadata based on the multiple entity model and applicable data link model standard was suggested for the integrated service of high-value–added cultural heritage information resources.

초록

축제 기록은 축제를 통해 생산된 ‘역사 기록’과 ‘문화 기록’으로서 가치 있는 중요한 기록이다. 그러나 많은 축제기록들이 효과적으로 관리되지 못하여 소멸되고 있고 특히 이용자가 생산한 사진기록은 개인 SNS로 분산되어 있어 기록으로서 관리되고 있지 못하다. 이 연구에서는 축제기록과 SNS기록의 특성을 살펴보고, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter 등의 SNS에서 이용자가 올린 대구지역의 축제 사진을 대상으로 참여형축제사진아카이브를 구축하였다. 또한 참여형축제사진아카이브 구축과정을 통해 축제사진아카이브에 적용할 수 있는 메타데이터 모형을 도출하였으며 이용자가 생산한 사진을 수집하여 기관이 구축하는 형태의 참여형사진아카이브 모형을 제시하였다.

Abstract

Festival records are valuable social records, not only historically but also culturally. Even though festival records are worthy of preservation, many of them are not managed appropriately. In particular, photographs taken by the public are dispersed in various SNS services such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. This study collected festival photographs, taken by the public, from these SNS services and built a participatory archive for Daegu. As such, this study identified and suggested a metadata set through the process of archiving festival photographs. In addition, this study proposed a model of the participatory archive for festival photographs. This model illustrated the institute’s collection of festival photographs in the SNS services and the creation of the participatory archive.

소방기록물의 관리 현황과 실태를 분석하기 위해 본 연구는 D광역지방자치단체 본청 산하에 소속된 소방안전본부와 소방안전본부 직속기관인 8개의 소방서를 그 대상으로 2013년부터 2017년까지 5년간 생산된 소방기록물을 생산․보존․처분이라는 기록관리 프로세스 관점에서 분석하였다. 분석결과 기록물 이관 규정과 검수가 제대로 이루어지고 있지 않으며, 행정박물에 대한 인식이 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 기록물평가심의회 이력 관리를 재고할 필요가 있으며 비전자기록물의 물리적 측면에서의 최신화가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 효과적인 소방기록물 관리를 위해서는 소방기록물 관리 교육이 활성화 되어야하고, 소방기록물의 자체관리를 위한 예산 확보가 필요하며, 보류기간 관리 이력을 위한 메타데이터의 확보가 필요하다.

Abstract

The study aims to investigate the management status of fire services records of local government D in the metropolitan area. To achieve this, the study analyzed the data from 2013 to 2017 based on the production, preservation, and disposition processes of records. The findings are as follows: 1) unkept regulations to transfer the records, 2) a lack of understanding of archival objects, 3) reconsideration of the history management of the records appraisal committee, 4) and an on-site update of records. Therefore, this study suggested the following for an effective fire services records management: 1) training for the fire services records management, 2) proper budgeting for the records management, 3) and secured metadata for the history management of records.
