초록

기존의 사이트와 달리 유네스코는 상대적으로 이미 좋은 이용자 인터페이스를 가지고 있음은 분명하다. 그러나 이용자가 기록물을 활용하면서 지혜롭게 선택․활용하는 이용자 중심형 지식 큐레이팅을 할 수 있는 구조로는 되어 있지 않다. 이용자 개개인이 이러한 혜택을 누릴 수 있게 하려면 미리 시스템 측면에서 구조를 달리 표현해야만 가능하다. 현재의 거의 모든 정보시스템은 의미정보, 맥락정보와 함께 우리 마음속에서 만들어지는 생각의 다양한 연결고리를 무시한 채 만들어져 있다. 이용자가 생각함직한 것을 미리 모델링하고 그 모델링을 바탕으로 이용자들이 쉽게 활용할 수 있는 이용자 중심형 인터페이스가 필요하다. 이를 위해서는 시맨틱 기술 기반의 새로운 구조론이 요구된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 구조론에 기반한 관계형 패싯 네비게이션이 적용되는 이용자 인터페이스 구현을 위해 이론적이고 실용적인 모델 제안에 이어 프로토타입 수준의 실제 아카이브를 구축해 보았다.

Abstract

UNESCO clearly has a good user interface compared to other sites. However, it does not have a structure in which user-centric knowledge curating is employed by users. As such, the knowledge structure should be expressed differently in advance for users to enjoy such benefits. At present, almost all current information systems are lacking with semantic and contextual information. Moreover, these systems are deemed insufficient of interlinking various kinds of thoughts in our minds. Thus, it is necessary to model in advance what users are likely to think and provide an interface that they can easily utilize based on that modeling. Furthermore, there is a need for a new structural theory based on semantic technology that can make that possible. Therefore, in this proposal, theoretical and practical insights were presented for user interface implementation to which relational facet navigation based on the structural theory is applied. Moreover, this proposal intends to suggest a “thinking expansion platform” that allows users’ ideation of different concepts, including those unfamiliar to them.

초록

본 연구의 목적은 문화유산 관련 기관에서 개별적으로 관리하고 있는 문화유산 정보자원을 보다 일반인에게 쉽게 접근하고 활용성을 높일 수 있는 문화유산 아카이브 통합 서비스 방안을 제시하는데 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 국내 문화유산을 관리, 보존하고 있는 문화재청 소속기관의 아카이브 현황을 분석하고 활용가치가 높은 문화유산 정보자원의 통합 서비스를 위해 다중개체 모형의 문화유산 메타데이터 모델을 제안하고 국내외 데이터 연계 모델 표준의 적용가능성을 검토하였다.

Abstract

This study aims to suggest the ways of integrated services for Cultural Heritage Archives that belong to the Cultural Heritage Administration. To this end, the study analyzed the archives of major affiliated organizations of the Cultural Heritage Administration that manage and preserve Korean cultural assets. A cultural asset metadata based on the multiple entity model and applicable data link model standard was suggested for the integrated service of high-value–added cultural heritage information resources.
