기록관리에 대한 미술계의 관심과 염원을 반영하여 국립현대미술관은 지난 2013년 10월부터 미술관아카이브를 운영하기 시작하였다. 미술관아카이브는 기록학적 논의와는 구별되는 흐름을 지니고 있지만, 기록물관리기관으로서의 실체를 지닌 것이기 때문에 그 효율적인 운영을 위해서는 기록학적인 관점에서의 접근과 진단이 필요하다. 이 연구는 국립현대미술관 아카이브 가운데 기관아카이브를 중심으로 기록물 수집과 정리 방법을 기록학적 관점에서 진단하고 개선방안을 제언하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해서 먼저 미술관의 기능과 미술관아카이브의 역할과 미술관아카이브의 기록물 수집 범위와 정리 방법을 이론적으로 고찰하고, 이러한 논의를 바탕으로 국립현대미술관 기관아카이브의 기록물 수집의 범위와 정리 현황을 분석하여 문제점을 도출하고, 개선방안을 제안하였다.
Abstract
The National Museum of Contemporary Art, Korea began operating the museum archives in October 2013. Although the museum archives have an independent flow that is distinct from discussions of the archival sciences, it is a reality as a record management organization, and therefore, access to and analysis from the viewpoint of archival science is required for efficient operation. The purpose of this study is to diagnose the method of collecting and organizing records from the viewpoint of archival sciences from the Institutional Archives of the National Museum of Contemporary Art, Korea. To this end, we theoretically examined the function of the museum, the role of the museum archives, and the scope and method of collection and arrangement of the museum archives. Based on these discussions, we analyzed the scope of the collection and the system of arrangement of the institutional archives. Then, we suggested some improvement plans.
초록
차세대 기록관리시스템은 어떻게 만들어야 할까? 급변하는 시스템 개발 환경하에 공공기관의 기록관리시스템은 지난 10여 년간 답보 상태로 머물러 있었다. 이런 이유에는 사용자 요구사항 수용, 기록관리 신기술 적용을 하기 어렵게 만들어진 기록관리시스템 구조적 문제가 핵심 원인이라고 본다. 본 연구의 목적은 전자기록관리 현황 분석을 통한 차세대 기록관리시스템 재설계 모형을 제시하는 것에 있다. 본 연구의 선행연구격인 ‘차세대 전자기록관리 프로세스 재설계 연구(주현미, 임진희, 2017)’ 결과와 선진 기록관리시스템의 기록관리 기술과 해외 시스템 사례를 분석하였다. 분석결과를 바탕으로 기록관리시스템 개선방향을 기능적 측면, 소프트웨어 설계 측면, 소프트웨어 배포 측면으로 분석하였고, 이 결과를 기록관리기관 유형에 적용하였다. 본 연구를 통해 마이크로서비스 아키텍처(MSA) 기반, 오픈소스 소프트웨어(OSS) 지향의 기록관리시스템을 만드는 것이 차세대 기록관리의 지향점이라고 제안한다.
Abstract
How do we create a next generation Records Management System? Under a rapidly changing system development environment, the records management system of public institutions has remained stable for the past 10 years. For this reason, it seems to be the key cause of the structural problem of the Records Management System, which makes it difficult to accommodate user requirements and apply a new recording technology. The purpose of this study is to present a redesigned model for a next-generation records management system by analyzing the status of the electronic records management. This study analyzed “A Study on the Redesign of the Next-Generation Electronic Records Management Process,” records management technology of advanced records management system, and a case of an overseas system. Based on the analysis results, the improvement direction of the records management system was analyzed from several aspects: functional, software design, and software distribution. This study thus suggests that the creation of a microservice architecture-based(MSA) and an open source software-oriented (OSS) records management system should be the focus of next-generation record management.
