초록
본고는 공주의 지역 정체성 확립과 공주학 연구의 토대 마련을 위하여 지역과 관련된 다양한 분야의 자료를 수집 및 데이터베이스화하여 많은 사람들이 쉽게 이용할 수 있도록 하는 ‘공주학아카이브’ 구축과정을 소개한다. 공주학아카이브는 공주시와 공주대학교 두 기관의 상생발전협약에 따라 구축됨으로써 기초지방자치단체에서 구축된 지역학아카이브의 선구자적 역할을 해왔다고 자부한다. 이에 공주학아카이브를 구축하는 과정에서 겪은 고민과 경험을 공유하여 전국의 지역학아카이브 구축기관들과 상생발전 할 수 있기를 기대한다.
Abstract
This article introduces the process of building Gongjuhak Archive that collects and databases data from various fields related to the region, enabling people to easily establish Gongju locality and lay the foundation for Gongju Studies. Gongjuhak Archive is built in accordance with the win-win development agreement between both Gongju City and Gongju University, and is proud to have played a pioneering role in the regional studies archive established by the local government. Therefore, we hope to share our concerns and experiences in building Gongjuhak Archive and to successfully develop it with regional studies archive building institutions across the country.
초록
본 연구는 국내의 대통령기록물을 관리하는 통합 대통령기록관과 민간 대통령 기념재단의 현황 및 서비스를 비교․분석하기 위한 기초연구로써, 통합 대통령기록관과 민간 대통령 기념 재단의 특징 분석 및 시사점 도출을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 통합 대통령기록관과 민간 대통령 기념재단을 대상으로 소장 기록물, 온․오프라인 서비스, 법․제도적 현황을 조사하였다. 이를 바탕으로 통합 대통령기록관과 민간 대통령 기념재단이 지닌 특징과 차이점을 분석하였다. 본 연구는 통합 대통령기록관과 민간 대통령 기념재단의 특징을 비교․분석하고자 시도했다는 점과 두 기관이 협력 관계로 발전하기 위한 기초연구를 도모했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
Abstract
This study is a basic study for the comparison and analysis of the current status and service of the Unified Presidential Archives and the civilian memorial hall, which manages the country’s presidential records. For this purpose, the Presidential Archives and individual private memorial halls were surveyed on the current status of records, online and off-line services, and legal and institutional records. Based on this, the study analyzed the characteristics and differences of the Unified Presidential Archives and individual private memorial halls. This study is meaningful in that it attempted to compare and analyze the characteristics of the Unified Presidential Archives and individual private memorial halls and that the two agencies sought basic research to develop cooperative relations.
