초록

과학기술분야 연구기관의 연구기록물은 연구개발사업 생애주기 전반에 걸친 설명책임을 이행하기 위한 핵심기록이다. 따라서 연구기록물은 체계적으로 관리되고, 보존되어 공유될 수 있어야 한다. 이 연구는 연구기록물 관리 방안으로 DMP의 적용 효용성을 분석하였다. 그 결과, 생산 이전단계에서의 연구기록물 관리의 필요성과 연구개발사업과 연구기록물간의 관계정보 관리의 중요성을 발견하였다. 이를 바탕으로 과학기술분야 연구기관에서 연구기록물 관리에 활용할 수 있도록 DMP를 적용하여 ‘연구기록물 관리계획(RRMP)’을 제안하였다.

Abstract

Research records are essential records to explain the accountability of research throughout the life cycle of a research project. Thus, they need to be properly managed, preserved, and shared. This study analyzed the effectiveness and ability of applying DMP to research records management. This study also suggested the RRMP (Research Records Management Plan) for the research records management and preservation in scientific research institutes. RRMP is considered as up-front planning for the research records management and preservation before any records are created.
