초록

이 연구의 목적은 다양한 기관과 단체, 개인 등이 네트워크에 기반하여 민간기록물을 수집할 수 있도록 관련 법령·제도 개선 방향을 제시하는 것이다. 연구를 위해 해외 기록물관리기관의 민간기록물 관련 법령과 제도, 층위에 따른 네트워크 협력 현황과 지원 내용을 조사하였다. 이를 기반으로 민간기록물과 관련된 정의와 기관 간의 역할 지정, 층위에 따른 네트워크 협력 방향을 제언하였다. 특히 특정 기관 중심의 협의체가 아닌 기관, 단체, 기업, 개인 등 다양한 주체들이 참여하는 협의체를 법제화·제도화하는 것을 강조하였다.

Abstract

This study seeks to present the direction of improving related laws and systems to allow various institutions, organizations, and individuals to collect private records based on the network. For the study, the current status of network cooperation and support according to laws, systems, and layers related to private records of overseas records management institutions were inspected. Based on this, the definition of private records, role designation between institutions, and direction of network cooperation according to the level were suggested. In particular, legislation and institutionalization of consultative bodies involving various subjects, such as institutions, organizations, companies, and individuals, were emphasized.
