초록
기록관은 다양한 확장서비스 방법들을 활용하여 이용자들에게 홍보를 해야 한다. 그중에서도 견학은 유용한 서비스 방법이나, 기록관 견학에 대한 연구는 거의 없었다. 본 연구는 기록관 견학에 대해 연구하고 바람직한 프로그램을 제안해보기 위해, 대통령기록관을 사례로 연구를 진행하였다. 이를 위해 미국 대통령기록관 네 곳의 사례를 살펴보고 분석하였으며, 국내의 유사기관으로 견학프로그램을 제공하고 있는 김대중 도서관, 외교부 외교사료관과 국립중앙도서관의 견학 프로그램을 살펴보았다. 그리고 현재 대통령기록관에서 제공하고 있는 견학 프로그램을 살펴보고 분석하여 제한점을 확인하였다. 그리고 곧 세종특별시에 단독청사로 이전할 대통령기록관의 특성을 반영하여 다양한 이용자를 대상으로 한 바람직한 견학프로그램 구성 방향을 제시하였다.
Abstract
Archives should promote services to users using various outreach service methods. Although the archives’ tour program is one of the effective means of services, there has been few studies on the archival tour program. This study investigated archival tour programs and tried to suggest a desirable tour program, with the Korean Presidential Archives as a case. For this study, four U.S. Presidential Libraries’ tour programs were investigated and analyzed. Also, tour programs offered in similar organizations in Korea, such as Kim Daejung Library, Diplomatic Archives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and National Library of Korea, were analyzed. Current tour programs offered by the Korean Presidential Archives were also analyzed and some limitations were identified. Based on the characteristics of the Korean Presidential Archives, which will be moved to independent building in Sejong City soon, desirable direction to organize tour programs for various user groups were suggested.

대통령기록관은 다양한 형태로 기록정보서비스를 제공하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 DigiQUAL을 활용하여 대통령기록관의 웹 기록정보서비스를 평가했다. 평가 방법은 이용자 설문조사를 실시했으며, 평가 영역은 기록 및 정보검색, 기록물 활용 서비스, 확장 서비스로 나누었다. 본 연구는 설문을 분석하기 위해서 기술 통계와 신뢰도 검정을 실시했다. 그 결과, 전반적인 만족도가 낮았다. 이러한 설문 결과를 바탕으로 대통령기록관 웹 기록정보서비스 개선 방안을 제시했다.
Abstract
The Presidential Archive of Korea provides archival information services in various forms. This study evaluated web-archival information services provided in The Presidential Archive of Korea using DigQUAL. To perform the study, this study conducted a descriptive statistic and confidence tests. The evaluation method was accomplished user survey. And the evaluation territory was classified with archives and information search, archives use service, expansion service. As a result, a general satisfaction was low, and this study suggested improvement method for web archival service in the Presidential Archive of Korea.

이 연구는 이용자가 기록을 쉽게 ‘발견’하고, 기록의 의미를 이해할 수 있도록 지원하는 온라인 검색가이드의 설계 방향을 모색하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 영국, 미국, 호주, 우리나라 국립보존기록관들의 검색가이드 사례를 분석하였다. 가이드의 명칭과 접근 방식, 개발 대상과 범주, 구조와 연계정보를 중심으로 조사하였고, 이를 다시 접근성, 다양성, 체계성, 일관성, 연계성 측면에서 종합적으로 분석하였다. 이를 토대로 국가기록원이 검색가이드를 개발할 때 고려해야 할 사항을 제시하였다.
Abstract
This study investigates the current state of online research guides of the national archives of four countries including the UK, the USA, Australia, and Korea. It also analyzes the name and accessibility, subject coverage and categorization, number of guides completed, and structure and types of resources linked with each guide. The examined online research guides are evaluated based on accessibility, variety, systematization, consistency, and hyperlinks. Based on the analyses, it suggests the directions of designing research guides for the National Archives of Korea.

본 연구의 목적은 이용자의 특성과 요구사항을 고려하여 고안한 역사적 사고력 콘텐츠의 활용 수업 결과가 학생들의 역사적 사고력에 유의한 차이가 있는지를 실험법을 통해 검사하고, 역사적 사고력 콘텐츠의 교육적 효용성을 분석하는 데 있다. 이를 위하여 역사교육용 기록정보 콘텐츠의 국내외 사례를 역사적 사고력의 증진에 중점을 두어 분석하였고, 그 결과 얻은 시사점을 역사적 사고력 콘텐츠에 반영하여 학생들의 역사적 사고력의 변화를 분석하였다. 연구결과 역사적 사고력 콘텐츠를 활용한 수업은 학생들의 역사적 사고력의 하위범주인 연대기 파악력, 역사적 탐구력, 역사적 상상력, 역사적 판단력에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 사전․사후검사의 평균은 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었으며 학생들은 사후검사에서 보다 고른 점수를 획득한 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
The main purpose of this study is to analyze the educational effectiveness of historical thinking contents through the experimentation methodology. The procedures of this study will review foreign and domestic historical thinking cases of archival contents for history education; derive some implications from the review; and apply the implications to classes targeted for first year high school students. It can be said that classes utilizing historical thinking contents have beneficial effects on the subcategories of historical thinking, that is, chronology comprehension ability, historical inquiry ability, historical imagination, and historical judgment ability. The average between before and after examination results shows a statistically meaningful difference. In addition, this study shows that students obtain better scores after examination than before.

교회기록물은 종교적 의미와 역사 문화적 가치, 교회의 효율적 운영을 위해 잘 관리되어야 한다. 그러나 교회 기록의 가치와 기록관 역할에 대한 인식 부족으로 기록관리 업무에 대한 이해와 협조, 예산과 인력 지원 등을 받기가 어려운 환경이다. 이러한 현실을 감안하여 본 연구는 개신교 기록관의 서비스 사례 조사와 새문안교회 기록관의 현황 분석, 이용자 설문조사 결과를 바탕으로 새문안교회를 중심으로 한 개신교 기록관 운영 활성화 방안을 환경, 서비스, 역할 측면에서 제시하였다. 교회기록관의 교육, 전시, 출판, 홍보 등의 서비스는 기록관의 역할과 필요성을 재조명하고 모기관인 교회에서 필수적 기관으로 자리매김하도록 할 것이다.
Abstract
For the efficient management of church documentary for religious reasons, including their historical and cultural values, the church archives should be excellently managed. However, the lack of understanding and consideration of the church records and archives makes it very difficult to have an actual grasp of its status and practical supports, such as budget and personnel, for records management. In this study, literature reviews and current status of domestic Protestant church archives, user survey of Saemoonan Presbyterian church and interviews of church archives records officer were carried out. Based on the results of the study, three parts of the proposed plan of the Saemoonan Presbyterian Archives were suggested. Education, exhibition, publication, and promotion of the church’s archival services will help redirect the roles and values of the archives, which will make it an essential part of the church.
