초록
현재 기록관에서 이루어지는 홍보 방안이 가지는 한계점을 보완하고 보다 폭넓은 이용자들에게 다가가기 위해서는 새로운 측면의 홍보 방안이 요구된다. 최근 웹툰의 시장규모가 확대됨에 따라 기업 및 공공기관에서 웹툰을 활용한 홍보가 크게 증가하였으며 이에 본 연구에서도 기록관을 홍보하기 위한 수단으로 브랜드웹툰을 활용한 홍보 방안을 제안하였다. 본 연구에서는 국가기록원을 중심으로 연구를 진행하였으며 국가기록원의 역할, 서비스 및 콘텐츠, 이용자 분석을 바탕으로 국가기록원 브랜드웹툰의 홍보 효과를 높이기 위한 제작 방안과 이를 활용한 홍보전략으로 바이럴 마케팅, 브랜드 스토리 전략, OSMU 전략을 제시하였다.
Abstract
To complement the limitations of the public relations method performed currently in archives and serve various users, a new approach to public relations are needed. Recently, as the size of the webtoon market has expanded, public relations using webtoons continues to heighten in enterprises and public institutions. Therefore, this study proposed a method for public relations using brand webtoon as a means of promoting the archives. This study was focused on the National Archives of Korea. Thus, based on the analysis of roles, service, contents, and users of the National Archives of Korea, this study suggested production plans to increase the promotional effect in brand webtoons and strategies such as viral marketing, the brand story strategy, and the one-source, multi-use (OSMU) strategy.

대통령기록관은 다양한 형태로 기록정보서비스를 제공하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 DigiQUAL을 활용하여 대통령기록관의 웹 기록정보서비스를 평가했다. 평가 방법은 이용자 설문조사를 실시했으며, 평가 영역은 기록 및 정보검색, 기록물 활용 서비스, 확장 서비스로 나누었다. 본 연구는 설문을 분석하기 위해서 기술 통계와 신뢰도 검정을 실시했다. 그 결과, 전반적인 만족도가 낮았다. 이러한 설문 결과를 바탕으로 대통령기록관 웹 기록정보서비스 개선 방안을 제시했다.
Abstract
The Presidential Archive of Korea provides archival information services in various forms. This study evaluated web-archival information services provided in The Presidential Archive of Korea using DigQUAL. To perform the study, this study conducted a descriptive statistic and confidence tests. The evaluation method was accomplished user survey. And the evaluation territory was classified with archives and information search, archives use service, expansion service. As a result, a general satisfaction was low, and this study suggested improvement method for web archival service in the Presidential Archive of Korea.

본 연구는 각 기관별로 산재되어 있는 재난안전정보의 효율적인 공유 및 활용과 일반 이용자들의 재난안전정보의 접근성 향상을 위하여 웹 크롤러를 활용한 자동수집방안을 제시하고자 한다. 그러나 현재 웹은 심층 웹이 대부분을 차지하고 있어 일반적인 아카이빙 전략에 사용되는 크롤러로 수집이 불가능하다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 심층 웹의 논리적 구조를 분석하여 정보 자원을 수집할 수 있는 알고리즘을 개발하고 실제 크롤러를 구현하였다. 이를 통해 재난안전정보의 자동수집을 수행하였고 이는 재난안전정보의 공유 및 활용으로 효율적인 재난 업무에 도움을 줄 것으로 예상된다. 나아가 본 연구에서 구현한 크롤러의 범용화를 통해 심층 웹 형태의 정보 자원을 자동수집할 수 있다는 점에 의의가 있다.
Abstract
This study aims to provide the efficient sharing and utilization method of disasters scattered by each institution and develop automated collection algorithm using web crawler for disaster information in deep web accounts. To achieve these goals, this study analyzes the logical structure of the deep web and develops algorithms to collect the information. With the proposed automatic algorithm, it is expected that disaster management will be helped by sharing and utilizing disaster safety information.

웹과 모바일 환경의 변화와 함께, SNS는 정보유통에 있어서 중요한 도구로서 대두되고 있다. 그리고 페이스북, 트위터 등으로 대표되는 SNS는 소통의 새로운 패러다임으로 자리잡아가고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 모바일 SNS를 통하여 기록정보서비스의 이용과 접근성을 확대시키고 기록 이용자의 참여와 협력을 도모할 수 있는 서비스를 제공하기 위한 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 기존의 SNS에 대한 문헌조사를 통하여 모바일 SNS를 기반으로 효과적인 기록정보서비스의 제공방안을 제안하였다. 또한 제안방안의 실질적인 서비스 구현을 위하여 서비스 시스템 요소와 설계를 수행하였다.
Abstract
With technological and cultural changes around web and mobile networks, SNS would be considered as an important tool for information sharing. Especially, SNS represented Facebook and Twitter is being new paradigm for communication. This study seeks to methods to provide a service user participation and cooperation and expands use and access to archival information service through SNS. To achieve the goals, this study proposed a method to provide effective archival information service through literature research. Also, the proposed service was implemented with system design and components.

사진기록물은 이용자가 이해하기 쉽다는 관점에서 매우 유용하고 의미 있는 기록물이라고 할 수 있다. 그러나 높은 비용과 관리의 어려움으로 인하여 상대적으로 인쇄기록물에 비교하여 디지털화가 수행된 사례가 매우 적다. 본 연구의 목적은 기존의 아날로그 사진기록물의 디지털화를 위한 개선방안 및 고려사항을 제시하는 것이다. 이와 같은 목적을 위하여 본 연구에서는 16개의 광역자치단체의 사진기록물 관리현황을 분석하였다. 또한, J광역자치단체에서 사진기록물의 디지털화와 디지털화된 사진기록물 데이터베이스 구축에 대한 사례조사를 수행하였다. 이러한 분석결과를 기반으로 사진기록물의 디지털화 및 디지털화 사진기록물에 대한 방법을 제안하였다.
Abstract
Photographic records are very useful and meaningful in the point of view that users can understand those things easily. However, there are few case of digitalizing photographic records, compared to printed records because of high cost and management limitation. The purpose of this study is to provide improvement plan and consideration for digitalizing analog photographic records. To achieve the goals, this study analyzes management status of photographic records in 16 provincial offices. Also, this study performs a case study on digitalization of analog photographic records and implementation of DB relating digitalized photographic records in J provincial office. Based on the results, this study proposes how to digitalize analog photographic records, and manage of digitalized photographic records.
