초록
대통령기록물은 당시의 사회성과 국정 운영에 대한 설명책임을 지니고 있는 기록물로써 대통령기록관에서는 이를 보존․관리하며 서비스 하고 있다. 그러나 대통령기록관에서 제공하는 검색시스템과 온라인콘텐츠는 이용자가 이용하는데 불편함이 있다. 보다 나은 기록정보서비스의 확장을 위해 노무현대통령 재임기간에 생산된 기록물을 이용하여 LOD(Linked Open Data)를 통해 이용자들이 편리하게 이용할 수 있는 기록정보서비스를 제공하려 한다. 구체적인 방안은 3단계로 나누었으며, 1단계는 구축방법 설정, 2단계는 온톨로지 설계, 3단계는 RDF변환 및 타 기관과의 연계방안이다. 이를 통하여 대통령기록관의 기록정보 서비스 확장방안을 제시하였다.
Abstract
The Presidential Archives preserve and manage the president's records and archives, which accounts for the social and governmental operations during the president's term of office. However, search systems and online contents provided by the Presidential Archives are difficult to use. This study proposed an LOD-based archival information service for the comfort of users. The proposed service has a better extension of archival information service contents from President Roh's term. The provision of details is divided into three steps: first step sets up the establishment methods, second step creates ontological design, and third step converts it to RDF and connects to other institutions. Through the process, this study suggests an extension of archival information service in the Presidential Archives.
초록
본 연구에서는 온라인 기반의 기록정보유통의 활성화 및 개인화된 기록정보서비스 제공을 위하여 RSS 기반의 기록정보서비스 시스템의 구현 및 실험을 수행하였다. 이를 위하여 필요로 하는 서비스 항목을 선정하였으며 RSS 기반의 기록정보서비스 제공을 위하여 요구되는 XML문서 형식, 데이터베이스의 설계 및 구현을 수행하였다. 설계된 서비스 시스템의 기능에 대한 평가를 위하여 일반적으로 사용되고 있는 웹브라우저를 통하여 실험을 수행하였다.
Abstract
This study aims to design and implement RSS-based archival information service system for activating online-based archival information circulation and providing personalized archival information services. To achieve the goals, XML document formats and database schema for four selected items are designed and implemented. Also, an performance of the implemented service system is evaluated to with a general web browser.
