초록
교회기록물은 종교적 의미와 역사 문화적 가치, 교회의 효율적 운영을 위해 잘 관리되어야 한다. 그러나 교회 기록의 가치와 기록관 역할에 대한 인식 부족으로 기록관리 업무에 대한 이해와 협조, 예산과 인력 지원 등을 받기가 어려운 환경이다. 이러한 현실을 감안하여 본 연구는 개신교 기록관의 서비스 사례 조사와 새문안교회 기록관의 현황 분석, 이용자 설문조사 결과를 바탕으로 새문안교회를 중심으로 한 개신교 기록관 운영 활성화 방안을 환경, 서비스, 역할 측면에서 제시하였다. 교회기록관의 교육, 전시, 출판, 홍보 등의 서비스는 기록관의 역할과 필요성을 재조명하고 모기관인 교회에서 필수적 기관으로 자리매김하도록 할 것이다.
Abstract
For the efficient management of church documentary for religious reasons, including their historical and cultural values, the church archives should be excellently managed. However, the lack of understanding and consideration of the church records and archives makes it very difficult to have an actual grasp of its status and practical supports, such as budget and personnel, for records management. In this study, literature reviews and current status of domestic Protestant church archives, user survey of Saemoonan Presbyterian church and interviews of church archives records officer were carried out. Based on the results of the study, three parts of the proposed plan of the Saemoonan Presbyterian Archives were suggested. Education, exhibition, publication, and promotion of the church’s archival services will help redirect the roles and values of the archives, which will make it an essential part of the church.

본 연구는 국내 인문사회 연구데이터 아카이브의 개선방안을 제안하고자 문헌연구를 통해 인문사회 연구데이터의 의의와 데이터 아카이브의 개념 및 요건에 대한 이론적 토대를 마련하였다. 기초학문자료센터(KRM)에 대한 분석과 국내외 총 9개 아카이브에 대한 사례조사를 실시하였으며, 인문사회분야 연구자 총 10명을 대상으로 심층 면담을 진행하였다. 국내 인문사회 연구데이터 아카이브의 개선방안으로는 첫째, 한국연구재단(NRF)과 인문사회분야의 사업 영역별 데이터 아카이브의 협력체계 구축을 제안하였다. 둘째, 데이터 큐레이션을 바탕으로 연구데이터의 생애주기에 따라 협력체계에서 역할을 수행하는 인문사회 연구데이터 아카이브의 개념적 모형을 설계하였다.
Abstract
This study aims to propose improvement plans of the Humanities and Social Sciences research data archives in Korea. For this purpose, literature reviews were conducted to prove the importance of the Humanities and Social Sciences research data and establish a theoretical basis for the concept and requirements of data archives. In addition, analysis of the Korean Research Memory (KRM), case surveys for a total of 9 domestic and international archives, and in-depth interviews with a total of 10 researchers in the field of the Humanities and Social Sciences were conducted as well. As for the improvement of the Humanities and Social Sciences research data archives in Korea, establishing a cooperative system between the National Research Foundation of Korea (NRF) and the field of the Humanities and Social Sciences was proposed first for data archives of each project. Secondly, a conceptual model of research data archives was designed in such a way that the archives would perform according to a life cycle of research data in the cooperative system, all based on data curation.
