초록
본 연구의 목적은 위키데이터를 활용하여 디지털 아카이브에서 소장하고 있는 기록 자원에 대한 접근을 높이고 구축한 데이터를 공유, 재사용할 수 있는 방안을 모색하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 먼저 기록학 분야에서 논의되고 있는 디지털 환경에서 기록 자원의 기술(description) 표준과 디지털 아카이브의 데이터 관리 및 공유와 관련된 연구들을 통해 국내외 디지털 아카이브의 기록 데이터의 현황을 파악하였다. 위키데이터의 구조와 특성을 파악하고 위키데이터를 적용한 해외 디지털 아카이브의 사례들을 조사하였다. 사례 분석을 통해 위키데이터 기반의 기록 데이터 개방, 공유와 재사용을 위한 시사점을 도출하고 위키데이터를 디지털 아카이브에 적용할 때 고려할 사항을 제안하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 디지털 아카이브 구축에 있어서 최근 데이터 개방, 공유 관련 기술의 동향을 이해하고 실제 아카이브 현장에서 위키데이터를 활용한 서비스 개발의 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
This study aims to use Wikidata to increase access to archival resources and see ways to share and reuse constructed data. To this end, the status of digital archives locally and abroad was identified using the description standard of archival resources in the digital environment discussed in the archival science field and the research related to data management and sharing of digital archives. The structure and characteristics of Wikidata were identified, and cases of digital archives applying Wikidata were investigated. The case analysis suggested implications for data sharing and reuse as well as the considerations for applying Wikidata to digital archives. The results of this study can be used as preliminary data for developing services using Wikidata in the actual archive field by understanding the recent trends in data open and sharing related technologies in constructing digital archives.

오늘날 대부분의 아카이브가 소셜미디어를 통한 기록서비스를 제공하고 있지만, 효과는 매우 저조하다. 본 연구는 영구기록물관리기관이자 광역지방자치단체 지방기록물관리기관인 경남기록원과 서울기록원을 중심으로 소셜미디어 기록서비스가 미진한 원인을 분석하여 개선방안을 제시하고, 고전적인 기록서비스와 소셜미디어가 상호 성장하여 시너지효과를 일으킬 수 있는 방안의 설계를 목적으로 하였다. 문헌연구를 통해 소셜미디어별 특성과 메커니즘을 파악하였으며, 현황 분석을 통해 경남기록원과 서울기록원의 소셜미디어 운영 실태를 파악하고, 내부 문건을 검토하여 공통적인 문제점을 도출했다. 보다 상세한 분석을 위해 기관 기록서비스 담당자와 인터뷰를 진행했으며, 국내 유관기관과 해외 아카이브의 소셜미디어 운영 사례를 분석하여 아카이브에 적용할 수 있는 방안을 검토했다. 이를 바탕으로 새로운 기록서비스 프로세스를 구축하고, 소셜미디어별 전략적 운영 방안을 제안함과 동시에 기존의 기록서비스와 상호성장 할 수 있는 방안을 설계하였다.
Abstract
Today, most archives provide recording services through social media; however, their effectiveness is very low. This study aimed to analyze the causes of insufficient social media recording service, focusing on Gyeongnam Archives and Seoul Metropolitan Archives, which are permanent records management institutions and local government archives, and design ways to create synergy by mutual growth with classical recording service. Through literature research, the characteristics and mechanisms of each social medium were identified, and the institutions' current status of social media operations and internal documents were reviewed to analyze the common problems. An in-depth analysis was conducted by interviewing the person in charge of recording services at each institution. In addition, a plan that can be applied to archives was proposed by reviewing the cases of social media operations of domestic-related institutions and overseas archives. Based on this, a new recording service process was established, strategic operation plans for each social medium were proposed, and a plan to mutually grow with the existing recording service was designed.

최근 박물관 분야의 변화 속에서 살펴볼 수 있는 하나의 흐름은 박물관이 역사적 가치를 가지는 자료의 수집과 보존에서 한발 더 나아가 활용과 재창출이라는 역할로의 영역 확장을 시도하고 있다는 것이다. 이는 박물관데이터 관리 및 활용을 위한 아카이브 개념의 도입과 같은 형태로 나타난다. 대학박물관 체험프로그램에서 생성된 자료는 그 규모가 더욱 커지고 활용 가치가 높아질 것으로 예상되지만, 아직까지 체험프로그램에 대한 기록물관리가 체계적으로 구축되어 운영되는 곳은 찾아볼 수 없었다. 이에 본 연구는 대학박물관 체험프로그램 기록관리 방안을 위해 국내외 대학박물관 체험프로그램의 운영현황 조사와 체험프로그램 담당자의 설문조사를 실시한 후 이에 대한 분석 결과를 바탕으로 관련된 기록들을 체계적으로 수집하여 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 대학박물관 체험프로그램 기록관리 방안을 제안하였다.
Abstract
In the recent changes in the museum industry, one trend that can be observed is museums’ attempt to expand their role scope from the collection and preservation of historically valuable materials to utilization and recreation through the introduction of the concept of an archive for museum data management and utilization. Data generated by the experience program at the university museum is expected to grow in size and increase the value of use, but there has been no area where records management for the experience program has been systematically established and operated. Therefore, this study conducted a survey on the operation status of domestic and foreign university museum experience programs and the person in charge of them. Based on the analysis of the results, it proposed a method for handling the records of the university museum experience program to systematically collect related records and manage them efficiently.
