초록
대통령기록관은 대통령의 국정 운영 기록 및 대통령과 관련된 역사적 기록물을 수집하고 관리하여 국민에게 제공함으로써 국민의 알권리를 충족시키는 특수기관임에도 불구하고, 대통령기록관에 대한 국민의 인지도 및 관련 연구는 미흡한 편이다. 또한 기록관의 현 과제는 보존과 관리도 중요하지만 그에 못지않게 공유․활용․확산에 대한 서비스 제공에 초점을 두어야 할 시점이다. 이에 본 연구는 국민들에게 대통령기록관을 보다 효율적으로 활용하고 홍보할 수 있는 다양한 서비스를 개발할 필요성에 천착하여, 오늘날 각광받고 있는 스토리텔링 전시방법을 제안하였다. 이를 통해 대통령기록관에 대한 긍정적 인식을 제고하고, 유아 및 초등학생들의 단체 방문을 유도할 수 있으며, 향후 기록물 수집정책이나 전시기획에도 도움이 될 것이다.
Abstract
The Presidential Archives collects and manages both the presidential records and historical archives related to the president which it subsequent provides to the people. Regardless of these special duties that meet the people’s right to know, its awareness and study on the Presidential Archives has not been thoroughly satisfied. It is time to focus on providing service to share and utilize records and archives, as well as for preservation and management purposes. Therefore, this study proposes exhibition methods through storytelling, which is well-known, as it pursues the importance of developing various services for a more efficient usage and promotion of the Presidential Archives. This helps raise awareness about the Presidential Archives, attract group visits of children, and provides a good example for collecting archives and planing exhibitions.
초록
본 연구는 탄핵 전후 국내 대통령 기록관 및 기록물에 대한 이용자 프레임을 분석하여 인식변화를 파악하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 탄핵 전후의 프레임 분서에 대한 문헌조사를 수행하고, 관련 트위터를 수집․분석하였다. 이후 선행연구와 트위터 네트워크 분석을 통해 연구에 활용할 책임귀인, 인간적 흥미, 갈등, 도덕성, 법적 쟁점 등 5개 프레임을 설정했으며, 이를 통해 트위터에서 추출한 트위터, 뉴스를 분석하여 시간에 따른 프레임의 변화를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 인간적 흥미 프레임이 가장 높은 비율을 보였으며, 책임귀인 및 인간적 흥미 프레임은 모든 구간에서 높은 비율을 나타냈다. 이러한 프레임 분석을 통해 탄핵 전후에 따른 프레임의 변화를 살펴보고, 대통령 기록물 및 기록관에 대한 일반 대중들의 인식변화를 파악했으며, 어떠한 부분에 관심이 많았는지 분석하였다. 본 연구는 대통령 기록관 및 기록물에 대한 일반 대중들이 보인 인식의 변화를 파악한 점, 일반 대중들이 관심을 보인 부분이 무엇인지를 파악했다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다.
Abstract
This study aims to examine the change of awareness on presidential archives and records before and after impeachment by analyzing user frames. To achieve the goal of this study, prior studies of frame analysis were reviewed, and tweets of presidential archives and records before and after the impeachment were collected. This study conducted an analysis of Twitter and news extracted from Twitter using user frames and determined the differences between each frame over time. Afterward, five frames were set up to be used for the research through prior research and Twitter network analysis; changes in frames over time were examined by analyzing Twitter and news extracted from Twitter. Through such frame analysis, changes in the frame of presidential archives and records before and after the impeachment were examined, changes in public perception of presidential archives and records were identified, and areas of interest were determined. This study is significant as it identified changes in the public perception of presidential archives and records as well as in the areas of interest for the general public.
초록
본 논문은 갈수록 그 중요성이 높아져가는 영상 아카이브 연구의 시론적 성격을 가지며, 일차적으로 영상 아카이브의 역사적 맥락을 고찰하는 것이 주요 목적이다. 이를 위해 우선 영상 아카이브의 바탕이 되는 영상 개념의 역사적 흐름을 검토하며 영상 아카이브 개념을 살펴볼 것이다. 그런 다음, 기록물로서의 영상 아카이브 그리고 장소와 기관으로서의 영상 아카이브를 다루면서 기존 종이문서 위주의 타 아카이브들(수집/보존/활용 등), 즉 공공기록보존소, 도서관, 박물관과 차별되는 영상 아카이브의 특이성들을 드러낼 것이다. 마지막으로 오늘날 디지털 시대의 영상 아카이브의 쟁점 중 디지털 포맷 및 복원 문제를 한정적으로 살펴볼 것이다. 이를 통해 본 논문은 향후 국내에서 정책적인 실천적 차원에서 설립되어야 할 다양한 영상 아카이브와 아직 걸음마 단계인 영상 아카이브 연구 활성화에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
This study deals with the theoretical analysis of important audiovisual archives, specifically regarding the historical context of the given theme. The study will feature a historical review of the concept, which is the basis for audiovisual archive research, followed by the specificities of audiovisual archives in sharp contrast to public archives, libraries, and museums. Audiovisual archives will also be covered primarily regarding documentaries as well as places and institutions. The study will conclude with various issues of audiovisual archives in today’s digital age. The study hopes to contribute to the growth of audiovisual archive research in Korea and the establishment of various audiovisual archives that will be addressed on a national level both in policy and in practice.
