초록
사회 속에서 살아가는 인간, 즉 개인이 생산한 개인 기록물에 대한 올바른 가치 판단을 통해 개인과 사회를 이해하고 사회발전에 기여하는 것은 의미있는 일이다. 흩어진 개인 기록물을 체계적으로 수집하고 관리 및 보존하기 위해서는 개인 기록물이 가진 가치를 충분히 이해해야 한다. 특히, 개인과 사회의 관계에 주목한 개인 기록물의 가치는 사회 구성원인 개인과 사회가 상호 협력을 통해 풍부하게 발전할 수 있는 토대를 마련한다. 그에 앞서 개인 기록물의 가치를 이해하기 위해 개인 기록물의 생산 주체인 개인에 대한 심층적인 분석이 이루어져야 한다. 생애사 연구의 구성요소와 특성을 개인 기록화에 적용하는 것은 생애에 바탕을 둔 개인 기록물의 가치 분석을 통해 올바른 가치가 지속될 수 있도록 하는 바탕을 마련한다는 점에 의미가 있다. 개인 기록물과 생애사 연구 간의 관계를 밝혀 개인 기록화의 필요성과 개인 기록화를 위한 심층적인 생애사 연구의 중요성을 연구한다. 또한 생애사 연구의 구성과 특성을 통해 기록학의 관점에서 적용할 수 있는 거시적인 방향을 제시하여 개인 기록화의 바탕을 마련한다.
Abstract
The personal history of individuals directly and vividly reflects the courses of their life and the society of which they are a part. It has become a meaningful part of the social landscape today to pursue efforts to understand humans and humanity correctly and properly through the windows of private records. Notably, the significance of keeping private records on the relationship between individuals and the society of which they are a part lies in the fact that they cooperate to build a foundation on which they can prosper together. One of necessary things to be done to fully appreciate the values of such private records is to perform serious analyses on particular individuals who are behind those records. Developing and refining methods of life history research such as time-line interviews exert positive influence in setting up a direction for private documentation systems where private records are collected and maintained.

교회기록관은 교회의 역사와 전통을 보존하고 성도들의 영적유산을 계승하려는 목적으로 설립된 기관으로, 교회의 활동을 통해 생산된 기록물과 교회의 신앙적 인물들의 기록물들을 수집하여 관리하는 역할을 한다. 개별 교회만의 다큐멘테이션을 형성하여 일관적인 수집활동을 지속할 수 있도록 교회 기록관의 수집정책을 개발할 필요가 있다. 수집정책은 기록물 선별을 위한 토대이자 기록관의 기록물을 구성하는 체계적인 지침이다. 수집정책을 통해 교회 기록관은 수집의 범위와 우선적으로 수집할 기록물의 유형 등을 파악할 수 있게 된다. 본 연구에서는 교회 기록관을 대표하여 영락교회 역사자료실의 수집정책 개발을 위해 교회의 특징 및 기록관의 수집정책에 관한 문헌연구와 사례조사, 담당자 면담을 시행하였다.
Abstract
A church's archives aims to preserve the history of the church and inherit the spiritual legacy of Christianity. It also plays critical roles in strengthening the identities of the church members. As such, this study focuses the role of a church archive and, in particular, its acquisition policies. An acquisition policy is the foundation of archival records management, which is achieved by balancing the scope of the collection and collecting various record types. For this, the authors analyzed the acquisition process of Young-nak Church's archives and also conducted in-depth interviews with the archivists.

본 연구는 다양한 기록관리 환경에서 기록의 진본성을 확보하고 기록의 생애 주기 동안 기록을 진본인 상태로 유지할 수 있는 진본성 온톨로지 모델을 제안하고자 한다. IntePARES 3 프로젝트의 연구내용을 바탕으로 구축한 진본성 기록 메타데이터인 IPAM(InterPARES Authenticity Metadata) 참조모델의 특징을 분석해보고, IPAM 모델을 적용하여 온톨로지를 구축하고 기록물 사례를 통해 적용 가능한 전자기록물 진본성 온톨로지 모델을 제안하고자 한다. 제안한 온톨로지 모델링은 IPAM이 제시하는 기록물의 생애주기에 생산되는 다양한 메타데이터 정보의 입력 및 관리를 가능하게 하는 도구를 개발하는 데 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
The study aims to present authenticity ontology required for capturing information about digital record’s identity and integrity over the course of the lifecycle. To this end, we analyzed the functional requirements, domain model, and sample properties of the IPAM (InterPARES Authenticity Metadata), Based on IPAM, we proposed an ontology for authenticity of digital records with sample records. The suggested ontology modeling can be utilized as the basis for establishing an authenticity information creation and management tool for digital records.

대통령기록물은 당시의 사회성과 국정 운영에 대한 설명책임을 지니고 있는 기록물로써 대통령기록관에서는 이를 보존․관리하며 서비스 하고 있다. 그러나 대통령기록관에서 제공하는 검색시스템과 온라인콘텐츠는 이용자가 이용하는데 불편함이 있다. 보다 나은 기록정보서비스의 확장을 위해 노무현대통령 재임기간에 생산된 기록물을 이용하여 LOD(Linked Open Data)를 통해 이용자들이 편리하게 이용할 수 있는 기록정보서비스를 제공하려 한다. 구체적인 방안은 3단계로 나누었으며, 1단계는 구축방법 설정, 2단계는 온톨로지 설계, 3단계는 RDF변환 및 타 기관과의 연계방안이다. 이를 통하여 대통령기록관의 기록정보 서비스 확장방안을 제시하였다.
Abstract
The Presidential Archives preserve and manage the president's records and archives, which accounts for the social and governmental operations during the president's term of office. However, search systems and online contents provided by the Presidential Archives are difficult to use. This study proposed an LOD-based archival information service for the comfort of users. The proposed service has a better extension of archival information service contents from President Roh's term. The provision of details is divided into three steps: first step sets up the establishment methods, second step creates ontological design, and third step converts it to RDF and connects to other institutions. Through the process, this study suggests an extension of archival information service in the Presidential Archives.
