초록
본 연구는 영국의 대표적인 기록관리학 학술지인 Archives and Records에 수록된 연구 논문을 분석하여 국외 기록관리학 연구의 동향을 살펴보고 국내의 기록관리학 연구 동향과 비교하기 위해 수행되었다. 2013년부터 최근까지 10년 동안 ｢기록학연구｣에 수록된 318편의 논문과 ｢Archives and Records｣에 수록된 142편의 논문을 대상으로 정량분석을 통해 저자 분포와 공동연구의 비율, 소속기관의 유형별 분포, 주제분야별 분포를 파악하고, ｢기록학연구｣에서 1,251개, ｢Archives and Records｣에서 508개의 저자키워드를 추출하여 네트워크 분석을 수행한 결과 ｢기록학연구｣에는 (1) 아카이브, 기록, 기록관리, 기록정보서비스 등 기록관리 일반에 관한 연구, (2) 공공기록물 관련 연구, (3) 민간기록물 관련 연구, 그리고 (4) 기록의 평가·선별, 폐기 등 기록관리의 기술에 관한 연구 등이 군집을 이루고 있고, ｢Archives and Records｣에는 (1) 커뮤니티 아카이브나 지역 아카이브와 관련한 다양한 실제 사례를 다루는 연구가 많고, (2) 기록의 기술이나 선별, 접근, 보존, 서비스 등 기록관리의 기술과 관련된 연구가 꾸준히 이루어지고 있으며, (3) 구술기록이나 시청각기록 등의 디지털화에 관한 연구도 주요 주제 중 하나라는 점을 알 수 있었다.
Abstract
The study aims to investigate research trends in the UK records management field and compare the results with domestic research by analyzing research articles published in Archives and Records for the UK’s research trends and The Korean Journal of Archival Studies (KJAS) for domestic ones. The study analyzed 318 articles published in KJAS and 142 articles published in Archives and Records since 2013, when the journal changed its title from Journal of the Society of Archivists, to investigate the distribution of authors, including the ratio of coauthorship and authors’ affiliations. A set of 1,251 unique terms were extracted from KJAS, and 508 unique terms were extracted from Archives and Records for keyword co-occurrence network analyses. The result shows that the main research topics for KJAS include studies on (1) records management in general, such as archives, records, records management, and archival information service, (2) public records management, (3) personal or private records management, and (4) the techniques for records management, such as archival appraisal, selection, and disposition. In Archives and Records, (1) there are several case studies related to community and local archives, and (2) studies related to records management techniques, such as records description, appraisal, access, preservation, and service, have been performed continuously; furthermore, (3) studies on the digitization of oral history and audiovisual records are also one of the most researched areas.

본 연구의 목적은 기록정보서비스의 의미와 범주에 대해 고찰하고, 이를 기반으로 기록정보서비스의 연구 성과를 분석함에 있다. 이를 위해 기록정보서비스의 정의, 유형, 대상을 검토하여 기록정보서비스의 연구 범위를 설정하고, 이에 따라 183편의 국내 학술논문을 수집하여 내용분석을 시도하였다. 내용분석은 2단계로 나누어 실시하였는데, 양적 지표를 기준으로 한 전반적인 연구추이 분석과 더불어 노드엑셀을 활용하여 확대된 내용분석인 언어 네트워크 분석을 시도하였다. 이러한 분석 결과를 토대로, 본 연구에서는 기존의 기록정보서비스 연구가 2006년 이후 본격적으로 시작되었으며 점차 이용자 중심의 기록정보서비스 패러다임이 적용되고 있음을 밝혀내었다. 그러나 논의의 대상과 연구방법, 게재 학회지 등이 편중되어 있는 한계 또한 확인하였고, 향후 논의의 지평을 확대할 필요가 있음을 제안하였다.
Abstract
This study aims to examine the meaning and category of archival information services and analyze its research results. To this end, the research scope of the archival information service was set by reviewing the definition, types, and subjects. A total of 183 journal articles were gathered, and content analysis was conducted in two stages. In addition to the overall research trend analysis based on quantitative indicators, an expanded content analysis and language network analysis were attempted using Node Excel. This study revealed that the archival information service research began in earnest after 2006 and that the user-centered paradigm is gradually being applied. However, limitations confirmed that the subject of discussion, research methods, and journals were biased, and expanding the horizon of future discussion was suggested.

본 연구는 1991년부터 현재까지 이루어진 국내 구술사 연구 동향을 분석함으로써 구술사를 둘러싼 연구 지형을 파악하고 향후 구술사 연구의 방향성에 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 한국교육학술정보원의 학술연구정보서비스에서 구술사로 키워드 검색을 시행하여 1991년부터 2018년까지 이루어진 국내 구술사 연구 논문 총 439건을 연구대상으로 선정하였다. 그리고 이를 시기별로 연구 논문 생산량과 주요 학술지, 연구자 및 연구 재원, 연구 분야 및 연구 내용, 국제 협력으로 구분하여 국내 구술사 연구 동향을 다각도로 분석하였다. 마지막으로 도출된 연구 결과를 바탕으로 시사점을 정리하고 후속 연구의 방향을 제시하였다.
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the research trends of oral history research in Korea from 1991 to the present, and to provide basic data on the future direction of oral history research. For these purposes, 439 research articles of domestic oral history researchers from 1991 to 2018 were retrieved by keyword search from Research Information Sharing System (RISS) in Korean Education and Research Information Service (KERIS). The research trends of domestic oral history were analyzed by the volume of periodical research papers, major journals, authors and research funds, research fields and research contents, and international cooperation. Finally, based on the results of the study, the implications were summarized, and direction for follow-up research was provided.

본 연구는 내용분석 방법을 활용하여 대통령 연설기록에 나타난 역대 대통령의 중심가치를 파악하고 각 정부의 정책 방향성을 거시적인 측면에서 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위해 대통령기록관에서 제공하는 연설기록들을 수집하고, 중심 단어를 비교․분석하였다. 대통령 연설문은 대통령의 문제해결능력과 의식지향을 파악하는데 적합한 기록이다. 특히 본 연구에서의 주요 연구대상으로는 대통령의 생각을 잘 반영하는 기록인 ‘성명/담화문’을 선정, 역대 대통령들 간의 비교를 위해 수집 건수가 많은 ‘외교/통상’ 분야를 중심으로 단어 빈도분석 및 언어 네트워크 분석을 수행하였다. 그 결과로 역대 대통령들은 외교적으로 발생한 문제에 대하여 평화적 해결과 협력을 기본적으로 추구하며, 더불어 외교/통상 분야에서는 경제정책을 중점적으로 추진하였음을 확인할 수 있었다.
Abstract
This study reveals the core values of presidents based on the content analysis of the Presidential Speech Archives and examines the policy direction of each government from a macro perspective. For this purpose, we collected the speech archives provided by the Presidential Archives and compared central words. The Presidential Speech Archives is helpful for understanding the problem-solving capacity and consciousness of presidents. Among them, we particularly selected statements in the diplomatic and trade fields as the main study targets. As a result, the presidents have basically pursued peaceful resolution and cooperation on diplomatic issues. In addition, they placed a high priority in the implementation of the economic policy in the diplomatic and trade fields.

본 연구는 기록관리학 전문학술지인 『Archivaria 』학회지에 발간된 연구논문을 분석하여 북미를 중심으로 한 국외 기록관리학 연구의 동향을 살펴보고, 앞으로의 연구방향을 제시하려는 목적으로 수행되었다. 이 연구에서는 2009년부터 2014년까지 최근 5년간 『Archivaria 』학술지에 실린 75편의 논문을 대상으로 정량분석을 통해 연구자별 분포, 주제영역별 키워드 분포를 조사하였다. 내용분석을 통해서는 연구논문의 핵심 키워드들을 추출하고, 이를 바탕으로 기록관리학의 주요 주제영역에 대한 국외 기록관리학 연구의 내용과 특성을 파악하고 우리나라 기록관리학 연구와 비교 분석하였다.
Abstract
The study aims to analyze the articles published in Archivaria to identify various trends and to explore the future research agenda in the area of records and archive management. The data used in this study include 75 articles published in Archivaria during the recent five years. In quantitative measurement, the study presents the current status of subject areas by year and author. In content analysis, the articles are categorized into the subject areas related to records and archive management, research topics, as well as the foci and research methodologies used. The results showed the differences between North American and Korean research trends in the area of records and archive management.

본 연구의 목적은 기록조직의 의미와 지식 범주에 대해 고찰하고, 기록조직과 관련된 그간의 연구성과를 분석하여 학문적 공과(功過)를 검토하는데 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 기록조직의 범주로 간주되는 150편의 국내 학술논문을 수집하여 이들로부터 정제된 키워드를 추출한 다음, 이를 대상으로 기록조직에 사용된 용어 분석과 내용 분석을 실시하였다. 빈도분석과 네트워크 분석을 실시한 용어 분석에서는 기록조직 연구에서 자주 사용된 키워드와 그 관계를 통해 통시적인 흐름을 파악하고자 하였으며, 내용 분석에서는 용어 분석에서 드러나지 않았던 맥락과 의미 등 연구의 실제적인 내용에 대한 접근을 시도하였다. 이러한 분석 결과를 토대로 하여, 본 연구에서는 기존의 기록조직 연구가 갖는 의의와 함께 방법론이나 연구대상, 연구주제가 갖는 한계 등을 논의하였다.
Abstract
This study aims to investigate the outcomes and limitations of research studies on records and archives organization published in Korea. In particular, it will serve as an in-depth examination of the contribution of this area of research to the improvements and changes in the country’s records management field. To this end, 150 journal articles related to the records and archives organization were gathered. After extracting refined keywords from the titles and author-assigned keywords, terminology analysis and contents analysis were conducted. On the one hand, terminology analysis (frequency and network analysis) identified frequently discussed topics and the relationships between them. On the other hand, through content analysis, the study revealed the detailed contents regarding the two main topics and their meanings.

이 글은 국내 기록관리 학술논집에 발표된 논문을 정량적, 내용별 분석을 통해 기록물 평가론 연구동향을 파악하려 했다. 정량적 분석에서는 논문 게재 시기와 연구자 정보가 주요한 분석도구였으며, 내용적 분석은 해외 이론에 대한 소개와 현실 적용, 기록물 보유일정표에 해당하는 기록물분류기준표, 기록관에서의 재평가, 민간기록물 평가의 4개 주제로 나누어 진행했다. 전체 33개 논문을 분석한 결과, 평가를 주제로 한 논문의 수가 줄어들고 있으며 기록관리 실무를 담당하는 연구직의 참여가 크게 줄어들었고, 내용적으로도 현재 기록물 평가에 대한 문제점 지적이나 대안 제시와 같은 논의가 감소했음을 알 수 있었다. 향후 이론과 실무의 조응을 통해 평가 영역의 활성화와 다양한 기반 확대가 필요하다는 점을 강조했다.
Abstract
This paper surveyed the research trends in archival appraisal science in Korea. All 33 articles from 4 relevant academic journals articles were analysed on the basis of quantitative measurement and thematic sorting. The number of the articles by the record managers or archivists working at the public bodies has especially decreased for some time past. A distinguishing feature was a decline in interest in the present appraisal system and methodology. Correspondence between practice and academic theory be required for the future development in archival appraisal.

본 연구에서는 기록관리 전문직의 다양한 유형 및 역할 범주에 대한 연구 조사를 수행하였다. 국외 주요 관련기관 및 전문직에 관한 선행 연구를 중심으로 내용을 파악하였으며, 파악된 내용을 중심으로 주요 항목들에 관한 내용 분석을 수행하였다. 수행 결과, 기록관리 전문직 유형은 기록물, 이용자, 기관운영과 관련하여 서로 다른 업무영역들이 특화되어 있음을 파악하였고, 이는 다시 기록관을 중심으로 한 대내적인 역할 영역과 기록관과 유관기관들을 중심으로 한 대외적인 역할 영역으로 구분하여 분석할 수 있었다. 분석 결과 기록관리 전문직의 역할영역에는 기록물을 중심으로 한 기본적인 직무 역할 이외의 지식관리, 디지털자산관리 등의 다각적인 기능 확장 및 기록관과 상호작용을 하는 다양한 기관·조직과 원활한 파트너십을 수행할 수 있는 경영능력도 필요함을 확인할 수 있다.
Abstract
In this study, various types and roles of records management and archives professionals are reviewed. Throughout the literature review, types and roles of the records management and archives professionals are analyzed. The results show that roles of professionals can be divided into the areas of records, users and management. In addition to focusing on records and archives, modern archival professionals must also be adept in such areas as knowledge management and digital asset management. Business and management skills for forging partership with related organizations are also needed.

본 연구에서는 사진작가 최민식의 다큐멘터리 사진기록물에 대한 정리와 기술에 필요한 요소들을 연구 조사하였다. 기록학의 정리와 기술에 관한 선행연구를 중심으로 내용을 파악하였으며, 파악된 내용을 중심으로 주요 요소들에 관한 내용을 분석 수행하였다. 연구결과 행정기록물에서 보편적으로 적용할 수 있는 분류 체계는 적용되기는 어렵지만 한사람의 사진작가가 지속적으로 촬영한 기록물의 정리와 기술에 대한 사례로 제시할 수 있었다.
Abstract
In this study, arrangement and description of documentary photographic records about photo- grapher, Choi Min-Sik have been reviewed. Throughout the literature review, arrangement and description of photographic records are analyzed. The results show that the universal classification plan of administrative records is difficult to apply to photographic records. This study suggests the case of arrangement and description of photographic records a photographer produces continually.

본 연구는 InterPARES 3와 ITrust의 배경, 주요 연구분야, 주요 연구성과를 소개하고, IP 3와 ITrust 주요 연구내용의 비교분석을 통하여 InterPARES 프로젝트의 기록관리에 대한 개념 및 변화를 이해하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 IP 3와 ITrust 연구프로젝트에 대한 내용분석을 수행하였으며 이를 통해 주요 키워드를 도출하고, 연구프로젝트 제목을 워드클라우드로 도식화하여 IP 3와 ITrust 비교에 활용하였다. IP 3와 ITrust 연구결과를 환경, 범위, 주제, 키워드, 연구목표, 기록관리 생애주기관점에서 비교분석하였다. 연구결과 InterPARES는 1) 장기보존 뿐만 아니라 생애주기 전반에 적용될 수 있는 분야로, 2) 진본성의 개념에서 신탁의 개념으로, 3) 전자기록에서 인터넷, 디지털 포렌식, 열린정부 또는 공공데이터 등을 포함하는 범위로 연구의 내용과 주제가 광범위하게 확장되고 있음을 파악하였다.
Abstract
This study aims to understand the concept and changes of the records management of InterPARES based on the analysis of background, main research interests, and major achievements of IP3 and ITrust. To this end, this study conducted a content analysis of IP3 and ITrust to drive main keywords. This study also utilized word clouds from IP project titles. In addition, a comparative analysis of IP3 and ITrust was conducted based on the environment, scope, core research areas, keywords, objectives, and record management life cycle perspectives. The research identified that InterPARES research was widely expanding the content and subject areas of the study: 1) to apply across the life cycle, as well as long-term preservation; 2) to focus on the concept of trust as well as the concept of authenticity; and 3) to include the concept of the Internet, digital forensics, and the open government along with electronic records.
