초록
이 연구는 기존의 연구기록의 개념과 범위에 대해 문제제기를 하면서 자연과학에서 생산되는 연구기록과 질적 연구에서 생산되는 연구기록의 차이를 밝히고 질적 연구 자료를 연구기록화하고 관리하는 방안을 찾아보고자 한다. 이를 위하여 우선 기존의 연구기록 관리에 대한 선행 연구들을 연구기록의 개념, 분류와 유형, 그리고 연구의 방향을 중심으로 검토한다. 그리고 문화기술지적 자료를 연구기록화하기 위하여 자료의 맥락을 생산과 수집의 특수성을 통하여 정리하고 그것에 연구기록 분류 방식을 적용하여 문화기술지적 자료의 분류와 기술을 시도한다. 이러한 시도는 윤택림이 수행했던 “부엌의 문화사” 연구프로젝트에서 생산 수집된 자료들을 사례로 이용할 것이다. 이 연구는 질적 자료를 포함하여 연구기록의 개념과 범주를 확장시키면서, 자료를 생산한 연구자와 아키비스트와의 공조에 의해 이루어지는 연구기록관리의 사례를 보여준다. 또한 다양한 문화기술지적 자료들을 연구기록화 하는 작업은 일상사, 공동체 아카이브 구축의 시발적인 연구라고 볼 수 있다.
Abstract
This article attempts to examine the definition and categories of research records in order to include ethnographic data into research records by comparing the laboratory records with the ethnographic data produced in the field work. And it discusses the records management task of ethnogrpahic data using the field work data collected in the research project of ‘Cultural History of Kitchen’ which was carried out by one of the authors from 2002 to 2005. The authors draw out the classification of laboratory records from the previous studies on research records, apply it to the ethnographic data and illustrate the new classification and description of research records reflecting the features of ethnographic data. Doing so, the authors expand the concept of research records and provide a case study of research records management based on the collaboration between the researcher and the archivist. Ultimately this study will be a footstep toward construction of community archives and everyday life archives since the records for those archives may be as diverse as the research records based on the ethnographic data from the research project of ‘Cultural History of Kitchen’.

기록물관리기관 서비스에 대한 개념 정의를 기반으로 구성개념 및 예비문항을 개발한 후, 기록물관리기관 중 공공기관을 대상으로 이용자 조사를 실시하여 척도의 요인 및 문항을 확인하였다. 개발된 척도의 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하기 위해 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석, 상관분석, 위계적 회귀분석, 단순회귀분석, 독립표본 t-검증, 신뢰도 검증을 하였다. 개발된 척도는 기록물관리기관의 서비스 품질을 평가할 수 있는 고유한 측정도구로서, 각 기록물관리기관이 현황을 진단하고 다른 기관과의 비교를 가능하게 함으로써 서비스 품질 향상을 위한 효과적인 운영 방안을 제시하는 역할을 할 것이다.
Abstract
This study confirmed the structural concept and preliminary statements based on concept definition of archival service quality, conducted statistical analysis, and developed the service quality scale equipped with validity and reliability. Developing the scale is unique for pubic institutions and expected to play a practical role in presenting for each archive more effective operation method to enhance service quality by diagnosing its status and identifying the differences from other archives.

본 연구는 전자거래에 대한 직접적 이해관계를 갖고 있지 않은 제3자 보관소 제도를 기반으로 하는 전자거래기록관리체계의 제안을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 관련 선행연구를 분석하고 전자거래와 전자거래기록의 개념과 유형 및 단계를 이론적 측면에서 살펴본다. 전자거래기록이 가지는 전자기록과 거래기록으로서의 복합적 속성에 대해 논하고, 전자거래기록관리 과정을 생애주기와 관리, 보관주체를 준거로 구분한다. 이를 통해 본 연구는 전자거래의 분쟁을 방지하고 조정할 수 있는 대안으로 신뢰할만한 제3자의 개입이 필수적임을 확인하고, 제3자 전자거래기록보존소를 중심으로 한 신뢰기반 전자거래기록 관리체계를 제안한다. 전자거래기록의 증거력과 관리환경을 살피고 이를 위해 준수해야 할 사항들을 논하는 한편, 거래 유형별 활용 사례들을 계약거래와 교환거래로 구분하여 제시한다.
Abstract
The study aims at providing an electronic transaction records management system based on the third party repository which do not have any interest in electronic transactions. This study reviews various articles and standards. It also discusses theoretical issues about electronic transactions and electronic transaction records. Complex characteristics of electronic transaction records are explored and management procedures are analyzed and divided into 5 stages by the life cycle and management bodies. Based on these discussions the study affirms that trustworthy third parties' interventions are essential to prevent and control potential conflicts of electronic transactions. It proposes a trustworthy electronic transaction record management system with the third party repository. Futhermore, it discusses evidence and management environment of electronic transaction records and provides cases of TTPR based on contract transaction and exchange transaction.
