초록
본 연구는 국내 기록관리학 연구자들의 학술 논문과 그 논문에 인용된 문헌을 조사, 분석하여 국내 기록관리학의 학제성을 밝힌 것이다. 이를 위해 분석 대상 학술지로 한국기록관리학회지를 선정하였고, 조사대상 기간은 2001년(창간호)부터 2011년(제11권 제2호)으로 하였다. 총 195편의 논문과 여기에 실린 참고문헌 4,869건 중에서 학술지 논문과 단행본, 규격/표준/지침, 법령/시행령/규정에 해당하는 2,997건의 직접 인용 분석을 수행하고 브릴로엔 인덱스(Brillouin Index) 지수를 중심으로 지난 11년간 국내 기록관리학의 학제성을 밝혔다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate interdisciplinary changes in the field of Archives and Records Management in Korea. For this purpose, this study analyzed disciplinary attributes of citing and cited references appeared in the Journal of the Korean Society of Archives and Records Management during the period, 2001-2011. One hundred and ninty five research articles and two thousands nine hundreds ninty seven cited references were analyzed to find the degree of interdisciplinarity by using direct citation and Brillouin index. Finally, the interdisciplinary changes of source literature and cited references in Korean archival science during the period were suggested.

본 연구는 국내 전자기록 분야의 연구영역과 동향을 분석하여 향후의 연구방향을 제시하고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 첫째, 1999년부터 2011년까지 발표된 문헌정보학과 기록관리학 분야 국내 학술지 7종의 논문 161편을 대상으로 생산성 측면에서 국내 전자기록 분야 연구의 개괄적인 현황을 파악하기 위한 기본 분석을 수행하였다. 둘째, 이러한 161편의 논문에 대하여 텍스트 마이닝 분석기법으로서 디스크립터 프로파일링과 저자 프로파일링을 이용하여 지적구조를 분석하였다. 셋째, 기본분석 및 지적구조 분석의 결과로서 국내 전자기록 분야의 실제적인 연구영역 및 동향에 기초하여 향후의 발전 방향을 제시하였다.
Abstract
This study aims to analyze electronic records research domains and trends and to suggest future direction of electronic records research in Korea. One hundred and sixty one articles published in seven domestic journals from 1999 to 2011 were statistically analysed to find out the productivity of electronic records research. Analysis of intellectual structure using descriptor profiling and author profiling as a technique of text mining were performed with those same papers. Some proposals on the future research direction in this field were made.
초록
국내에서 기록학 연구가 본격적으로 이루어진 지 14년을 경과하면서 기록분류와 관련하여 어떤 연구들이 이루어졌고 주요 이슈는 무엇이었는지를 살펴볼 필요가 있다. 이 연구에서는 먼저 공공기록물관리법과 연구논문에 등장하는 분류 관련 용어를 조사함으로써 분류론의 범주를 정리하였다. 국내 학술지 논문을 대상으로 기록분류와 관련된 35편의 논문을 선별하였으며, 이에 대한 분야별 내용 분석을 실시하였다. 논문들의 내용과 특징, 한계를 밝힘으로써 기록분류 연구가 현장의 문제에 어떤 해법을 제시했으며 이론적으로는 어느 정도의 수준에 도달했는지 살펴보았다. 이러한 분석과 해외 연구 동향, 국내 현장의 수요 등을 고려하여 앞으로의 과제를 제안하였다.
Abstract
The study aims at reviewing research trends of records classification and archival arrangement, analysing issues, and suggesting futures tasks in related research area. It starts with defining research categories of records and archives classification through analysing the term of ‘classification' being found in the Public Records Management Act. Thirty five research papers which are covering classification of records and archives and published in 1980's are selected for contents analysis. Considering the analysis of domestic and foreign research, and the practical needs, it makes clear the issues and tasks for future research. The study concludes with emphasizing more empirical research for guiding records and archives management and reformulating archival theories in electronic environments.
