초록
교회기록관은 교회의 역사와 전통을 보존하고 성도들의 영적유산을 계승하려는 목적으로 설립된 기관으로, 교회의 활동을 통해 생산된 기록물과 교회의 신앙적 인물들의 기록물들을 수집하여 관리하는 역할을 한다. 개별 교회만의 다큐멘테이션을 형성하여 일관적인 수집활동을 지속할 수 있도록 교회 기록관의 수집정책을 개발할 필요가 있다. 수집정책은 기록물 선별을 위한 토대이자 기록관의 기록물을 구성하는 체계적인 지침이다. 수집정책을 통해 교회 기록관은 수집의 범위와 우선적으로 수집할 기록물의 유형 등을 파악할 수 있게 된다. 본 연구에서는 교회 기록관을 대표하여 영락교회 역사자료실의 수집정책 개발을 위해 교회의 특징 및 기록관의 수집정책에 관한 문헌연구와 사례조사, 담당자 면담을 시행하였다.
Abstract
A church's archives aims to preserve the history of the church and inherit the spiritual legacy of Christianity. It also plays critical roles in strengthening the identities of the church members. As such, this study focuses the role of a church archive and, in particular, its acquisition policies. An acquisition policy is the foundation of archival records management, which is achieved by balancing the scope of the collection and collecting various record types. For this, the authors analyzed the acquisition process of Young-nak Church's archives and also conducted in-depth interviews with the archivists.

교회기록물은 종교적 의미와 역사 문화적 가치, 교회의 효율적 운영을 위해 잘 관리되어야 한다. 그러나 교회 기록의 가치와 기록관 역할에 대한 인식 부족으로 기록관리 업무에 대한 이해와 협조, 예산과 인력 지원 등을 받기가 어려운 환경이다. 이러한 현실을 감안하여 본 연구는 개신교 기록관의 서비스 사례 조사와 새문안교회 기록관의 현황 분석, 이용자 설문조사 결과를 바탕으로 새문안교회를 중심으로 한 개신교 기록관 운영 활성화 방안을 환경, 서비스, 역할 측면에서 제시하였다. 교회기록관의 교육, 전시, 출판, 홍보 등의 서비스는 기록관의 역할과 필요성을 재조명하고 모기관인 교회에서 필수적 기관으로 자리매김하도록 할 것이다.
Abstract
For the efficient management of church documentary for religious reasons, including their historical and cultural values, the church archives should be excellently managed. However, the lack of understanding and consideration of the church records and archives makes it very difficult to have an actual grasp of its status and practical supports, such as budget and personnel, for records management. In this study, literature reviews and current status of domestic Protestant church archives, user survey of Saemoonan Presbyterian church and interviews of church archives records officer were carried out. Based on the results of the study, three parts of the proposed plan of the Saemoonan Presbyterian Archives were suggested. Education, exhibition, publication, and promotion of the church’s archival services will help redirect the roles and values of the archives, which will make it an essential part of the church.

대통령기록관은 대통령의 국정 운영 기록 및 대통령과 관련된 역사적 기록물을 수집하고 관리하여 국민에게 제공함으로써 국민의 알권리를 충족시키는 특수기관임에도 불구하고, 대통령기록관에 대한 국민의 인지도 및 관련 연구는 미흡한 편이다. 또한 기록관의 현 과제는 보존과 관리도 중요하지만 그에 못지않게 공유․활용․확산에 대한 서비스 제공에 초점을 두어야 할 시점이다. 이에 본 연구는 국민들에게 대통령기록관을 보다 효율적으로 활용하고 홍보할 수 있는 다양한 서비스를 개발할 필요성에 천착하여, 오늘날 각광받고 있는 스토리텔링 전시방법을 제안하였다. 이를 통해 대통령기록관에 대한 긍정적 인식을 제고하고, 유아 및 초등학생들의 단체 방문을 유도할 수 있으며, 향후 기록물 수집정책이나 전시기획에도 도움이 될 것이다.
Abstract
The Presidential Archives collects and manages both the presidential records and historical archives related to the president which it subsequent provides to the people. Regardless of these special duties that meet the people’s right to know, its awareness and study on the Presidential Archives has not been thoroughly satisfied. It is time to focus on providing service to share and utilize records and archives, as well as for preservation and management purposes. Therefore, this study proposes exhibition methods through storytelling, which is well-known, as it pursues the importance of developing various services for a more efficient usage and promotion of the Presidential Archives. This helps raise awareness about the Presidential Archives, attract group visits of children, and provides a good example for collecting archives and planing exhibitions.

소셜미디어는 개인적 영역과 공적인 영역에서 다양하게 활용되고 있으며 시대의 문화와 역사를 증거하는 기록으로서의 가치를 지니고 있다. 최근 소셜미디어가 국내외 기관의 정보서비스 영역과 공적인 커뮤니케이션 통로로 활용되고 있고 소셜미디어 기록물의 획득 및 아카이브 사례들이 발표되고 있다. 본 연구는 소셜미디어가 가지는 가치를 조명하고 해외 기관의 아카이브 사례를 분석한 후 중앙행정기관의 기록관리 사각지대에 있는 소셜미디어 기록을 획득하여 아카이브는 방안을 제시하였다.
Abstract
Social media is utilized in both personal and public domains in various ways, with a value on being the recorded evidence of modern day’s culture and history. Recently, social media is being utilized very actively—domestically and abroad—as an organization’s information service domain and as a public communication pipeline. Also, there are case studies released regarding the capturing and archiving of social media records. This research highlights the value that social media has, with an, objective of presenting the implementation of an archival method that captures the social media records in the blind spot of the Central Administrative Organization’s Record Management.

역사적 학술적으로 중요한 가치를 가지고 있는 고문서와 기록물들은 현재는 물론 후세에도 주요한 정보자원의 보고로서 대대로 후손에게 물려주어야 할 값진 문화유산이다. 그런 이유로 각종 고문서 등 기록물을 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 보존시설의 표준화와 서고 수장고의 보존환경에 대한 연구가 세계적으로 꾸준히 진행되고 있다. 하지만 기록물의 종이, 접착제, 전분, 섬유 등의 화합물들은 곰팡이나 세균, 해충 등의 영양원으로 생물학적인 피해가 발생할 수밖에 없다. 이러한 생물학적 피해는 기록물 표면과 내부까지 번식하여 변․퇴색을 촉진하거나 갉아 먹어 복구마저 불가능한 경우도 발생하게 된다. 특히 중동의 오만과 말레이시아는 고온 다습한 기후로 인해 기록물이 생물학적 피해를 입기 쉬우며, 한번 피해를 입은 기록물들은 전이속도가 빠르고 광범위하여 소독작업은 일반화 된 실정이다. 하지만 그 동안 소독에 사용해온 MB(메틸브로마이드)와 ETO(에틸렌옥사이드)는 살충효과는 뛰어나나 살균효과는 미미하고, 오존층파괴문제와 1급 발암물질의 유독성문제 그리고 가죽이나 고무재질에 대한 재질약화 초래 등의 복합적인 문제로 친환경 소독방식의 필요성이 대두되었다. 주)바이오미스트 테크놀로지는 1990년대 말부터 몬트리올협정에 따른 기존소독제의 사용금지 및 약제의 유독성으로 인한 작업자의 피해를 예방하기 위하여 질소와 식물추출성분 등을 이용하는 친환경 기록물 소독장비 개발에 성공한 이후 지속적인 성능개선을 통하여 장비의 질적 수준을 제고하였다. 본 실험에 사용한 장비는 대기압 이하로 소독 공간(챔버)을 유지하면서 자체 발생된 질소를 이용하여 챔버를 저 산소 환경으로 만든 후 천연 소독 약제를 챔버 내부에서 급속 기화시켜 소독하는 친환경 훈증소독 방식으로 기록물의 생물학적 피해를 근원적으로 예방하여 보존성 향상에 기여하고, 친환경 및 인체에 안전한 소독장비로서 향후 기록물의 생물학적 피해를 예방하는데 큰 기여를 할 것으로 판단된다.
Abstract
Archives have historical and academic values. That is why the study of preservation conditions and the environment for the effective management of various records progress. However, materials such as paper and adhesives will inevitably cause biological damages. These damages spread into the inner side of archives, which would make it impossible to recover. For example, archival records from Malaysia and Oman are easily exposed to biological damage because of these countries' hot and humid climate. As such, once records are damaged, disinfection operations are customary in these areas. Methyl bromide (MeBr) and ethylene oxide (EtO) were used in the disinfection process as they showed good insecticidal effect. However their antibacterial effect are negligible. As such, the need for an environmental-friendly fumigator was evident. An environmental-friendly fumigator is designed to improve storage stability. Such equipment is expected to contribute to prevention of damages to cultural heritages through its use of vaporization technology, maintenance of a disinfection space (chamber), and self-generation of nitrogen.
