초록
본 연구는 국가기록원의 어린이 교육 프로그램의 활성화를 위한 개선방향을 도출한 것이다. 이를 위해 어린이 교육 프로그램을 활발하게 실시하고 있는 국내외 사례를 조사하고, 시사점 분석을 통해 국가기록원에 적용 가능한 정책, 조직·인력, 프로그램 분야별 개선방안을 제시하였다. 정책 분야에 있어서는 어린이 교육 프로그램의 정책적 명문화를 제안하였고, 조직·인력 분야에 있어서는 전담조직 및 직원의 배치를, 프로그램에 있어서는 다른 문화기관과 차별화된 교육 프로그램의 제공을 제시하였다.
Abstract
The goal of this study is to suggest a scheme to vitalize the National Archives of Korea’s education programs for children. For this we researched the cases in Korea and abroad operating education programs for children actively. Through analysis we suggested a course of improvement to vitalize the National Archives of Korea’s education programs, policy, organization, staff for children. For an area of policy we suggested a stipulation of education program and an exclusive organization and staff placement for an area of organization and staff, an education program which is different from other cultural organization for a program.
초록
본 연구에서는 온라인 기반의 기록정보유통의 활성화 및 개인화된 기록정보서비스 제공을 위하여 RSS 기반의 기록정보서비스 시스템의 구현 및 실험을 수행하였다. 이를 위하여 필요로 하는 서비스 항목을 선정하였으며 RSS 기반의 기록정보서비스 제공을 위하여 요구되는 XML문서 형식, 데이터베이스의 설계 및 구현을 수행하였다. 설계된 서비스 시스템의 기능에 대한 평가를 위하여 일반적으로 사용되고 있는 웹브라우저를 통하여 실험을 수행하였다.
Abstract
This study aims to design and implement RSS-based archival information service system for activating online-based archival information circulation and providing personalized archival information services. To achieve the goals, XML document formats and database schema for four selected items are designed and implemented. Also, an performance of the implemented service system is evaluated to with a general web browser.

이 논문은 메타데이터 표준 요소 중 특히 맥락 관련 요소를 실행의 관점에서 평가하고 개선방안을 제안하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 우선 기록관리 메타데이터 표준 요소들이 국가기록원이 개발 보급한 표준 RMS에 어떻게 반영되었는지 RMS 데이터 테이블, 장기보존포맷 기술규격 등을 토대로 분석하였다. 둘째, 표준 RMS를 운영 중인 4개 공공기관과 국가기록원 RMS 운영센터를 방문하여 RMS를 통한 데이터 조회와 면담을 토대로 메타데이터 축적 현황과 문제점을 조사하였다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 공공표준 측면과 RMS 기능 개선 측면으로 나누어 개선방안을 제안하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of the study is to evaluate Korean Records Management Metadata Standard with special emphasis on the contextual elements in their implementation aspect, and to provide the direction of the Standard revision for improving the metadata quality of RMS developed by National Archives of Korea. The present paper begins with comparing RMS data and the Standard elements, and examines the problems of current accumulation practices of contextual metadata elements in the RMS. Finally it makes some suggestions concerning the Standard revision as well as RMS function upgrade.
