초록
본 연구는 보존기록관리기관 웹사이트에서 제공하는 온라인 기록정보콘텐츠의 사례를 분석하고 그 유형과 특징을 정리하여 기록관리기관이 콘텐츠 개발에 참고할 수 있는 시사점을 도출하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 선행연구를 통해 온라인 기록정보콘텐츠의 개념을 정의하였으며, 미국과 영국, 호주의 국립기록관과 우리나라의 국가기록원 웹사이트에서 제공하는 온라인 기록정보콘텐츠 사례를 조사하였다. 콘텐츠의 주요 목적과 구조, 콘텐츠와 이용자의 관계에 따라 온라인 기록정보콘텐츠의 유형을 분류하였고, 유형별 및 국가별로 온라인 기록정보콘텐츠가 갖는 구조적․내용적 측면의 특징을 정리하였다.
Abstract
This article focuses on analyzing the cases of on-line archival contents services of the national archives' web-sites and explaining their types and characteristics. This study defines the concept of on-line archival contents services through literature review. Then, it examines the cases of on-line archival contents provided by web-sites of the USA, the UK, Australian and Korean national archives. The types of on-line archival contents services are classified in accordance with the main purpose of use, the structure, and the way of interaction between contents and users. Lastly, it summarizes their structural and thematic characteristics by type and country.

구술기록의 보존과 관리는 국가 유산의 지식 창출과 활용이면서 지역 문화의 가치향상을 도모하는 것으로 공공도서관은 구술사를 통해 국민의 삶을 재조명하고 그들의 기록을 수집, 활용, 보존해야 하는 사명을 지니고 있다. 본 연구는 국내 공공도서관의 구술기록물 관리에 관한 개선방안을 모색하고자 문헌연구와 현재 구술기록을 수집하고 있는 공공도서관 담당자의 설문조사 및 심층 면담을 진행하였다. 그 결과를 바탕으로 구술기록물 관리를 위한 정책과 매뉴얼 수립, 공공도서관 업무 담당자들의 구술기록물 수집⋅활용⋅보존⋅관리에 대한 전문 능력을 고양시키는 개별 교육프로그램 마련, 지역의 구술사를 활용한 홍보 전략의 개발, 구술기록물 보존을 위한 장기적 환경 마련 및 활용 다각화, 구술기록물의 수집⋅활용⋅보존에 대응할 수 있는 충분한 전문인력 배치를 제안하였다.
Abstract
The preservation and management of oral historical records are for creating and utilizing knowledge of national heritage and promoting the value of local culture. Furthermore, one of the missions of the pubic libraries is to realize the general utilization of records by reexamining people’s lives and employing oral historical records to preserve their rights and benefits. This study attempted to find ways to improve the management of oral records in public libraries through literature reviews, surveys, and in-depth interviews with public library staff to gather detailed opinions on oral records in public libraries. Based on the discussions concluded in this study, establishing policies and manuals for oral records management, sufficient professional workforce, specialized education programs for staff development in collecting, preserving, recording and managing oral historical records, public relations strategies, and preparation of a long-term preservation environment for thorough digitalization were suggested for the improvement of the collection, utilization, preservation, and management of oral records in public libraries.

정보공개제도는 투명한 정부라는 민주적 대의와 국민의 알 권리 향상이라는 시대적 요구에 따라 국민들의 관심이 나날이 높아지고 있다. 한편 사회가 발전함에 따라 국민의 삶의 질 향상에 있어 문화예술의 중요성 역시 점차 높아지고 있다. 이러한 배경 하에 많은 문화예술 기관에서는 시의적절하고 유용한 정보와 관심도 높은 프로그램을 제공함으로써 국민의 문화예술 활동 참여 확대에 기여하는 방안을 모색하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 공공기관에 대한 이용자 정보요구를 파악하여 지능적으로 정보공개 서비스에 반영하는 맞춤형 정보서비스를 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해 3개의 국내 문화예술 공공기관을 대표 사례로 선정, 1년여의 기간 동안 실제 이용자들이 접수한 정보공개청구 목록과 검색어를 수집 및 교차 분석함으로써 이용자 관심도와 정보요구 양상을 파악한다. 나아가 정보공개 업무의 자동화 및 지능화를 위한 필요사항을 정리하고 이용자 요구 중심 정보서비스를 위한 구체적인 개선방안을 제언하였다.
Abstract
The public’s interest in the information disclosure system is increasing daily in line with the democratic cause of a transparent government and demands of the people to build on their right to know. Meanwhile, as society develops, the importance of culture and art in the quality of life is also increasing. Under these circumstances, culture and arts institutions are seeking to contribute to the expansion of the people’s participation by providing timely and useful information and programs with high interest. Accordingly, this study intends to propose customized information services by analyzing the user’s needs for information on public institutions in culture and arts and reflecting on the information disclosure service. For this purpose, three public institutions of in the culture and arts will be selected as representative examples to collect and cross-analyze the list of disclosed information received by users over a year. Furthermore, the requirements for the automation and intelligence of information disclosure tasks were summarized, and specific improvement plans were proposed for customized information services.
