이 연구는 국가기록원에서 개설되어 운영되고 있는 기록관리 사이버교육 학습만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대해서 알아보는데 있다. 사이버교육은 입문 과정, 심화 과정, 교양 과정으로 이루어졌다. 학습만족도 주요 요인으로 ‘내용구성의 타당성, 교수⋅학습자간 상호작용, 학습동기, 학습태도의 적극성, 이용환경의 용이성, 조직의 지원정도’를 설정하였다. 각 교육과정의 사이버교육 학습만족도에 대한 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 조사는 기록물관리 전문요원이 배치된 107개 기관을 대상으로 실시하였으며 추가적인 심층인터뷰도 실시하였다. 설문분석은 요인분석⋅독립표본 t검정⋅ANOVA분석⋅상관분석⋅다중회귀분석 등으로 이루어졌다. 연구결과, 학습만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 교수⋅학습자간 상호작용, 학습동기, 내용구성의 타당성 순으로 나타났다.
Abstract
This study aims to investigate the factors influencing the learning satisfaction of records management cyber education that is opened and operated by the National Archives of Korea, as well as to improve the quality of cyber education program. Cyber education consisted of an introductory course, an intensive course, and a liberal arts course. As the major factors for learning satisfaction, “validity of content structure, interaction between professors and learners, learning motivation, active learning attitude, ease of use environment, and level of organizational support” were set. An online survey was conducted on the learning satisfaction according to the curriculum of each course. The survey was conducted to 107 institutions with specialized records management personnel, and additional in-depth interviews were also conducted. The survey analysis consisted of factor analysis, independent sample T-test, analysis of variance (ANOVA), correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. As a result of the study, the factors influencing learning satisfaction were found in the order of interaction between professors and learners, learning motivation, and validity of content structure.

현재 우리나라는 학령인구의 감소에 따라 다수의 학교들이 폐교될 위기에 직면해있으며 지역사회에서는 교육기관을 통폐합하는 사례가 늘고 있다. 이로 인해 과거 교육문화의 변화를 보여줄 역사적, 문화적으로 가치 있는 다수의 교육 관련 기록물들이 멸실⋅훼손될 위기에 처해 있다. 특히 교육 행정박물은 과거 교육기관의 운영에 따른 이력과 이에 담긴 교육적 의미를 효과적으로 보여줄 수 있는 중요한 기록이자 문화유산임에도 불구하고 체계적인 관리 방안이 미흡한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 교육 행정박물이 가진 특성을 기록학적 관점과 문화유산적 관점에서 고찰하고, 이를 효과적으로 관리하기 위해 필요한 기능을 도출하기 위해 현재 공공기관에서 도입하고 있는 표준기록관리시스템, 특수유형 기록물 관리시스템, 사료 관리시스템의 주요 기능을 비교⋅검토하였다. 나아가 J 교육대학의 행정박물 보유현황 및 관리 사례 분석을 통해, 교육 행정박물 관리를 위한 시스템의 필수 기능과 이에 따른 메뉴 구성안을 제시함으로써 연구 결과의 실효성을 검증하였다.
Abstract
Many Korean schools are in danger of closure because of a decreasing school-age population, and cases of consolidation of educational institutions in the local community are on the rise. A number of educational records, particularly educational administrative artifacts (hereafter “Edu Artifacts”), are accordingly in danger of disappearing. Despite their historical, cultural, and educational value, systematic management is far from satisfactory. This study thus examines the characteristics of Edu Artifacts from the archival and cultural heritage perspectives and compares standard records management system, special type records management system, and historical manuscripts management system, which are currently used in public institutions, to see what is required to manage them effectively. By analyzing the Edu Artifacts possession status and management system of J University of Education, This study intends to verify the research outcome’s effectiveness by presenting the essential functions of the management system of Edu Artifacts and the corresponding menu structure.

본 연구는 기록관리 전문직의 경험 이면에 있는 인식과 그 의미를 해석하여 현재 처한 상황과 핵심 역량을 도출하고, 이를 토대로 전문가단체의 교육 서비스 방향을 모색하는 데 목적이 있다. 해석현상학적 연구방법을 통한 질적 데이터 분석 결과, 본 연구는 기록관리 현장의 요구 상황, 기록관리 전문직 핵심 역량, 교육 서비스 방향의 3개 범주와 10개 상위주제, 30개의 하위주제와 82개의 의미단위를 생성하였다. 이를 기반으로 전문가단체의 교육 서비스 방향으로, ‘업무 혁신을 위해 외부 동력을 확보할 수 있는 기회 제공’, ‘기관 간 소통 및 공론화를 위한 학습 기회 제공’, ‘새로운 파트너십과 실질적인 학습 기회 제공’을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 현재 기록관리 전문직이 처한 상황 속에서 실질적으로 요구 받고 있는 핵심 역량을 파악함으로써 전문가단체가 집중하여 지원해야 할 주요한 교육 서비스 방향을 도출하였다는 데 그 의의가 있다.
Abstract
This study aims to identify the current situation and core competencies of records managers and archivists through an in-depth interpretation of the perception and its meaning behind their experiences and, based on them, to seek the educational service directions of professional organizations. As a result of qualitative data analysis using interpretive phenomenological research method, this study identified three categories of field needs, core competencies, and educational service directions, as well as 10 super-topics, 30 sub-topics, and 82 semantic units. Based on this, this study has suggested the educational service directions of professional organizations, such as the provision of opportunities to secure external driving forces for work innovation, the provision of learning opportunities for communication and public discussion among institutions, and the provision of new partnerships and practical learning opportunities. This study is meaningful in having derived the main educational service directions that professional organizations should focus on and support by identifying the current situation and core competencies of records managers and archivists.

김대중도서관은 아시아 최초의 대통령도서관으로 25만여 점의 사료를 소장하고 있는 민간대통령기록관이다. 주로 김대중 전직 대통령의 생애, 근현대사, 민주화 등에 관련한 기록물을 수집하고 있으며 이를 관리하고 활용하여 사료사업, 전시사업, 연구사업 등을 진행하고 있다. 국내 민간대통령기록관은 기념재단이 주체가 되어 운영하고 있는 경우가 대부분이지만 김대중도서관은 고등교육기관이 운영하고 있다는 특이점이 있다. 이에 따라 기록물을 기반으로 하여 역사, 민주주의에 대한 교육적 역할을 수행하며 연구자에게 자유로운 연구 공간을 제공하고 기록물을 통한 연구를 지원할 수 있도록 하는 목표를 가지고 있다. 본 고에서는 교육기관의 부속기관이며 민간대통령기록관인 김대중도서관의 대표적인 기록정보서비스에 대한 사례를 소개하고 앞으로 대통령기록관의 과제를 제시하고자 한다.
Abstract
The Kim Dae-jung Library is Asia's first presidential library and is a private presidential archive with over 250,000 historical materials. It mainly collects records related to the life of former President Kim Dae-jung, modern and contemporary history, and democratization, While most of the private presidential archives in Korea are operated by memorial foundations, the Kim Dae-jung Library is unique in that a higher education institution operates it. Accordingly, it aims to take an educational role in history and democracy based on records, providing free research space for researchers, and supporting research through records. This report introduces examples of the Kim Dae-jung Library’s representative archival information service, an affiliated institution of educational institutions and private presidential archives, and presents the future tasks of the presidential archives.
